Car wash ripped my side mirror off of the car and dented my front fender and car door in. My car door will not open now. Reached out to corporate customer service but all they could do is make a ticket. Still waiting for an update.

I accidentally hit the carwash button as it is just above the "no" button. Waited to speak to the manager to get it cancelled. She refused. I said she can take off the 92cents discount from the refund as you save 7cents per gallon with car washes. She claimed she can't cancel the car wash code. I explained I hit the cancel button right after pressing the car wash button and it didn't work. She did not believe me. I told her to check pump 5. She refused. I thought about charging back to my AMEX but decided to just take the damn car wash that I neither wanted nor needed. Terrible customer service.

Employees are rude and disrespectful to customers and the manager is absolutely the worst. He is rude, disrespectful, and acted like I was an idiot. Posted are the pumps showing no information that you must get the ultimate car wash to get the gas discount. It simply states on the pump itself 15 cents off with car wash. It needs to be clearly stated in multiple locations on the pump. And if the car wash is closed, signs should be posted on the pumps for consumers to make the decision as to whether or not they want to pay for the car wash that day or choose to wait until the car wash is back in working order.

Traveling from Texas through Missouri to Chicago, I took my 5.8 pound dog into each and every gas station and truck stop, with absolutely no problems. Until, this place. The manager came over and yelled at me 3x to take her out, that they served food here and she couldn’t come in. Well. So did every other place I had stopped previously, and no problems! This location had some of the nastiest food I had ever seen, doubt anyone eats there anyway. I will never again buy gas again at a Circle K.

This gas station intensely racially profiled my brother. The assistant manager ally called the police on my brother and told the police he was armed when he was just paying for something and it became an unnecessary racist moment. It was crazy. Don’t come here.

One sour employee can really alter positive reviews. Same guy every time. Always frowning...very curt and displays no positive customer service. He doesn't hand you your purchase...just leaves it there on counter in front of him. Oh well....I will take only so much rudeness and move along to another store.

It’s been nearly a year now that this issue regards to the car wash is going on and still it cannot be resolved.When we pay for a monthly package for the car wash I believe that we should receive what we pay for ?Either the car was is closed , many time in a month , specially the side water blasts do not work it seem that they are turned of on purpose ( I Have the picture of it )Me and the representative of K Circle are going back and forth for many issues about this car wash .location Naperville.I said to them till the time your wash booth side blaster are not fixed upgrade the package because it has the tire cleaner jet wash , It was surprising what the representative said , why don’t you close your account and go some where else .Even though I have the package I still pay 4 usd extra most of the time ,When nothing could be done a staff at K Circle Kyle Spencer with whom I having been sharing the screenshots and photos of the car wash booth where it showed the lever of the side blaster are closed and the under carrier is on, the reply was that it’s seasonal ,This means that it should be for all the locations not only this one .Our location where it does not work: 2832 Illinois route 59 and 95 st Naperville.Where it works ;First location : 1127 N Eola Rd, Aurora, IL 60502 which I sent to them that the side water blasts are working and I took pictures of it as well now I will visit all there locations to check because this contradicts.Kindly investigate and see what has to be done.Thanks and Regards

I moved here from Houston about 2 weeks ago. A friend brought me here the morning after I arrived and that was my first encounter with A cashier named Mathew. As my friend and I checked out, Mathew slipped me receipt paper with his number written on it and asked me to call him. I never called Mathew. During my second visit to this gas station, Mathew was present and made sure he let me know how he felt about me not calling him and told me I was shady. I laughed it off and didn’t think much of it. Tonight I visited this gas station after a long day at work, I wanted to buy cigarettes. Mathew took one look at my Texas ID and said he would not sell me cigarettes because my license was from out of state and it “could” be fake. His demeanor was off, his eyes were wide and he acted as if he had never seen me or my ID before. This baffled me and I began to ask him the process for selling Tobacco and he stated he didn’t feel comfortable taking my ID because it was issued in Texas (where I just moved from). I had to go to a different gas station because Mathew has very poor customer service skills, no judgement skills and had to be high off something seeing as he took my ID before and couldn’t remember even giving me his phone number. I feel disrespected and mistreated and I won’t rest until Mathew is properly trained or fired! I work retail, I lead a team of people who would NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY! The way I was treated after a long day of providing excellent customer experience is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Manager Lisa is very very rude talks to customers any kind of way she don’t hold a managers title at all!! Horrible service from Lisa Fernandez is one of the best workers there he has excellent customer service he should be a manager as long as he’s been there KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FERNANDEZ
