Super slowwwwww. Read the fine print!!!! They offer only a 5 day grace period for CD renewals, Chase offers 10. I was just penalized $240.00 because I’m cashing out after the CD renewed automatically and I could not be here because I was out of town. Never again even if they offer me 10% interest!!!!!

WORST BANK WHATSOEVER, STAY AWAY FROM CITIBANK THIS SCAMMERS LOCKED MY ACCOUNT IS BEEN OVER 14 DAYS UNABLE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY EVEN WHEN I WALKED IN THE BRANCH WITH AN ID THEY CLAIMED I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LETTER WITH A CODE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS IT HAS BEEN 16 DAYS TO BE EXACT, HAVE NO ACCESS TO NONE OF MY MONEY MY CAR HAS BEEN REPOSSESSED, HAVE NO MONEY TO FEED MY CHILDREN AND ALL THEY DO WHEN I CALL IS KEEP HANGING THE PHONE ON ME BECAUSE CHINESE PEOPLE CANNOT VERIFY MY PHONE NUMBER THROUGH A THIRD PARTY APP THEY USE TO VERIFY PHONE NUMBERS WHICH IT MAKES IT MORE COMPROMISING FOR ACCOUNTS TO BE HACKED BY THIS SPAMMERS , ANYONE THAY HAS HAD THIS ISSUE PLEASE HELPPPP! I HAVE NOOOO FOOD OR A SINGLE DOLLAR TO FEED MY CHILDREN ! STAY AWAY THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS ! HELP I NEED MY MONEY NOW

I received excellent service from Jalpa Patel!! She assisted me with closing an account which became fraudulent and then opened a new checking account for me. She made the process so smooth and was so courteous and nice the entire time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

WORST BANK EVER. My 95 year old father who doesn't drive asked me to make a deposit for him. They refused to accept a CASH deposit from me. How is he supposed to get the money in his account if he can't physically go to the branch. Absolutely no consideration was given to the circumstances. Way to go Citi! WORST BANK EVER

I patronized this establishment on 8/28/2020 around 3:45 pm because I have my business within walking distance from the bank, I went in to exchange money, however, due to recent policy changes the branch was unable to provide an exchange of money. And I understand that. The reason why I am writing this review is because the branch manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told the exchange was only for current customers and to go back to my bank, which is way out the way. I felt very disrespected, and the branch manager did not offer any solution, instead he pushed me away. When I could have opened up a business account.
