It’s 4:15 pm on Friday, there r 7 people in line for the teller while 4 other Citibank employees are at their desk looking at their computer. This is what I call customer service!

Horrible experience at this citi bank specifically called to open a business checking account never got confirmed that the appointment was set so I called to make another got email from Mohammad imaad after I called yet again to make sure my appointment was set he sent me a confirmation email saying see you then. Well I leave work show up wait 20 minutes to be told by someone working that he will not be arriving because I never confirmed the appointment. I guess calling 2x to make sure and receiving a confirmation email isn’t enough to set up the appointment .

I consistently have a great experience at this branch. The teller is always helpful, and the branch manager is incredibly friendly. Kent, in particular, is very customer-focused, ensuring all my needs are met. I highly recommend this branch to others!

The branch employees were great and understanding with helping me with my issues and concerns. However, the privacy in the bank I would rate a zero because there is no separation in the cubicles. There was only 1 teller with a line. The online phone service is useless and unhelpful in alot of situations that customers experience, the wait, the constant routing, no assistance but a machine is unacceptable. With all the fraud, you cant reach anyone from that department to report it. This is very disappointing for as long as ive been with this bank. I am so inclined to change banks. If it wasnt for the staff, kent Pan, i would have done just that, he helped me during my issue nd helped to make things right. This doesnt include the fraud investigation dept they were very helpful. Other than that, the phone service needs an overhaul, there needs to be privacy between the bankers cubicles so others wont hear other customers personal information or issues.

I visited this branch last week because of some online banking issue of my checking account. Kent was very helpful not only that time but also after. I have been calling the Citibank customer service 10 times in the last 2 weeks hoping to be able to solve it over the phone, but all I got was apology and a verbal promise of it will be resolved within 24~48 hours, however it was never resolved. After I told Kent at the branch, not only he double checked everything is correct on my end, he also began calling the department and follow up with them till it is resolved today. I really appreciate his help and great customer service from this branch.

Very discouraged to see this bank going down the drain in Customer Service. I have been a client for 26 yrs, went to the bank to open a student account for my daughter. The lady had such an attitude,like she’s doing a favor we spent 45 minutes answering her questions and finally ended up not opening an account. And I think I will never do it.

Have to give 5 stars for the great costumer service. Kent helped me out applying for a new credit card, process was quick and simple. Monaj the manager was awesome always keeps in touch to make sure your experience there is always good. Any questions you have ask for Kent!

This is the worst bank in Naperville or in the USA. Every transaction is a problem or hours to do it. Or nothing works in the bank. Stay away!!
