If would be possible to give zero stars , I would. Since stepping in was problem after a problem…. The last straw was , that I paid for Ceramic couting and received absolutely different product. Huge mistake on my end for trusting them !!!

I would highly recommend Mitch Massaro as a sales consultant for the purchase of an Audi from Audi Naperville. I recently purchased the third R8 I purchased from Naperville Audio at the end of its lease. Mitch assisted me in all aspects of the purchase.
Most recently Mitch handled our purchase of the first 2026 A6 received by the dealership and helped us get familiar with the complicated digital computer functions of the car. He even came out to our house on his own time to program the garage door opener and answer a list of questions we had not been able to resolve on our own. This greatly contributed to our enjoyment of our new car.

I had a great buying experience with Napleton Audi. There wasn’t a lot of back and forth on price It was within my range. And I got a good deal with my trade in. My salesperson, Malin, was absolutely fantastic. He kept his word on our agreed terms and I had the deal done before I test drove the car. I would definitely recommend him. Their technologist spent more than an hour making sure I was comfortable with the car before I drove off. He showed me so many things about the car that I didn’t know were there.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at AUDI NAPERVILLE my sales person Milan Iskrenov was outstanding he was very forthcoming with pricing and was very helpful in helping us select the vehicle that best suited our needs if you are looking for an Audi I would highly recommend asking for Milan when you visit the dealership regardless if you buy or not your experience with Milan will be worth it!!

We just recently purchased a 2013 VW Jetta and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Ricky was very great and thorough.
