Fair, honest, excellent service, and fair price. I have been bringing my cars for service to Cool Flow for 20 years and have always been more than satisfied. Small family business that Brett took over from his dad. Brought my car in today for check engine light. Brett replace oxygen sensor while I waited and there was no charge because the part was under warranty. I highly recommend Cool Flow for any auto service.

I have been here three times and have yet to be charged a penny. Brett is out at my car before I even put it in park. I had an ignition coil that needed replacing and he provided me with which part to buy and how to replace it. Not that he wasn’t willing to do it! He just explained it would be cheaper if I did it myself. You don’t find honesty and transparency like that these days. He genuinely cares about the customer. I’d comment about fair pricing but he has yet to charge me something so I have no reference 😂 great guy and super down to earth, the rest of the staff as well. Please give this man business because I have yet to do so

I was only in the neighborhood for the morning & had somewhat of a flat tire…called around many places who wanted to charge me an arm & a leg to replace or fix it …THANkFULLy, when calling around came across Bret who simply said, bring it in & I’ll take care of it NOW.…let me tell you he was awesome. Fixed my tire which only had a nail in it, patched it up & had me on my way in no time….All I can say is that was the quickest & most efficient experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you again Bret for your excellent services. .. Let it known that there are still a few good & genuine people out there…Greatly Appreciated!!!

My son and I had the most positive experience at this shop. The front desk staff and the mechanic were so fantastic to help us with our pre purchase inspection. They fit us in very quickly and helped show us the ins and outs of the car we were going to purchase and even offered to help with the repairs. I would highly recommend this very knowledgeable and trustworthy place to bring your car for service. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️

I don't know why I'm writing a review. Dan and Brett are always busy. I've used to Dan for 20+ years. Recently, I took my old Lexus which has gone through 4 of my 5 kids in for a transmission replacement. Dan replaced it with a used transmission, as agreed. After a couple of weeks, it was apparent that the replacement transmission was bad. I dropped it off and as advertised, Dan replaced it with another used transmission free of charge. (just as he warrantied) Honest, reliable, honest, fair, hard working, honest, timely, honest....what else can I say.

Finally a shop I trust. I've taken both our vehicles here several times. The service is top-notch and pricing is fair. Dan and Brett are clearly interested in keeping long-term customers. They won't upsell you on things you don't need, yet at the same time they will bring legitimate issues to your attention. When something was still off after one repair job they listened to me and made it right. Highly recommend.

Dan and Brett are awesome. They are my go to mechanics. I’ve gone to this shop multiple times because I am so pleased with the service. They are friendly, honest, and know what they are doing. I’ve had quotes from other places and they are usually right in line or less expensive than other shops. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Added bonus: there is a nice spot to sit and watch tv with comfy chairs. They have an extensive movie collection that my daughter loved along with hot chocolate. Dan even brought his dog into the shop to keep him company. Thanks for all of your help, Dan and Brett!

Called for a quote regarding installation for a custom axle-back exhaust system. I would be supplying all the parts and all they would supply is piping and installation. After a minute phone call I was told they could not install it even though they state on their website they do exhaust. I asked why they couldn't install it and got attitude,a "whatever" and hung up on. Nice customer service.

I just want to say I had a really good experience here! The owner was very honest about my car and the prices are very reasonable. What I liked is that they strive to fix your car like it was their own! I love honesty and when people do not try to take advantage of you!
