Have to say I’ve never taken the time to leave a review for a cvs because I’m typically indifferent to anything good or bad at a drug store. This place is by far the most run down CVS I’ve ever been to. Disorganized and dirty and the whole place stinks sooo bad I walked out without purchasing what I wanted. There’s an employee walking around who’s the culprit of the odor. It’s funny because I can tell she knows what’s up and she like to stare people down not asking if I need anything just to see if I’ll say something lol. I was happy to put down what I was about to pay for and leave never to return. Hope someone from upper management see this and take a trip into the store to see what kind of experience this place is giving customers.

i had a very frustrating situation between my doctor and a different CVS location. i ended up at this CVS twice trying to figure out my issue and the pharmacist (Jennie) saved the day BOTH times when everyone else at the other CVS locations were so unhelpful. she took the time to resolve my issue which meant a lot (especially when you’re so sick with the flu you barely have the energy to go to one CVS let alone three).

The store itself is clean and stocks some pretty cool, new items but be prepared to use self check out.
Pharmacy- worst CVS pharmacy on planet Earth. I never liked Walgreens much and switched to cvs when they came to the Chicago area. Since 2013 I've been using them as my pharmacy but I had 3 terrible experiences specifically at this location and I've already asked my doctor to send my Rx's to Walgreens. The pharmacists and staff at this particular cvs are always so angry, snippy, unprofessional. They failed to tell me my Rx is cheaper if I use a coupon instead of my instance and whenever they call me, they don't introduce themselves or state why they're calling. I pick up the phone and they tell me "what medicine did you want transferred bc I don't see anything" .... failed to ask if I'm the patient who called, state who she is and overall unprofessional and rude.. and I don't need more rude people in this day. Get it together cvs pharmacy - specially THIS one.
Precisely due to the unprofessional manner I have carried everything over to their biggest competitor . Whoever called me on 12-9 at 4:56, a female-- thank u for allowing me to bring my business elsewhere. And send the pharmacy manager a physical letter after you placed me on never ending hold simply bc I asked to speak to a supervisor since you were so rude and unhelpful during an urgent medical matter. I needed my inhaler bc I was wheezing and had tightness in my chest. Unacceptable

The service is of very poor quality, the boorish attitude of the cashier and the senior manager to the complaint about the quality of services. Taunts, antics and threats to call the police.
Our family will never come to this pharmacy again.

Pretty pathetic service in pharmacy. The prescription was transferred here unfortunately. Went to pick it up and the the only answer pharmacist has for me is you will get a text when it's ready. WELL I USE CVS FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW AND I KNOW IT..All I wanted is a tentative ETA IN A POLITE MANNER.

if I could give the CVS zero stars, I would. The workers are very cold and rude At least in the pharmacy part. When I went to pick up a prescription, I was telling the girl something about my prescription And she walked away halfway through when I was telling her like she could care less. I called CVS before I was placed on a 15 minute hold, which is kind of ridiculous without even speaking to anybody in the pharmacy area. ZERO STARS not nice.

If you call they won’t even let you finish a sentence without interrupting you. The staff is rude and has no clue what they’re doing - other than the pharmacist she is nice and actually helpful: never talk to a pharmacy tech here all they care about is being right and having the worst customer service - always just ask for the pharmacist

Do not buy Synthroid from this pharmacy as they don’t apply coupon properly. They up charge if you have to get two different doses of the Synthroid. I ordered the same from another pharmacy and they charged a lot less!

It’s a shame others don’t have the same experience….because I love this CVS! They always have everything ready super fast- I ended up switching from Walgreens on Ogden.

I’ve unfortunately been sick the past month and had prescriptions sent over from urgent care two weeks in a row. Both instances, I received a text that my medicine was ready for pick up and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. Today, I left urgent care around 9am. Received a text from CVS that pick up was ready at 10:15am. Showed up at 11:30am and was told it would be another hour wait. I understand pharmacies getting busy, but don’t tell me it’s ready when it’s not.
