If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you come here looking remotely casual or I guess I guess looking like I have no money? ( I was wearing jeans and a collared shirt) you will be treated VERY rudely. Do NOT come here. There are many other places in the area to buy clothing with friendlier staff who will treat you with respect, kindness, and humility.

We had the esteemed pleasure of working with Mark for prom, not only did Mark accommodate he brought the desired dream to life for Mona’s senior prom. The professionalism, courtesy, and kindness shown was exceedingly impressive and inspiring. Thank you Mark and team! You now have these Tennessee natives as life long customers.

Had the pleasure of working with the Store Manager Soo, and she was very helpful. She knew exactly what style I was interested in and gave me some great recommendations. Not pushy at all, and I would recommend any of my family members to shop here, as I just moved to the vicinity! Thanks again!

Wow. WOW. It's almost like a joke at this point after reading these reviews. Watch out for the old man yelling at you in the parking lot. I had a TERRIBLE experience. I accidentally turned into the parking lot that was a one way. No signs of a one way only a very faded arrow BUT an innocent mistake. AND it was basically EMPTY. There was a man standing outside the store that immediately started yelling at my friend and I that it was a one way. My friend began apologizing but for some reason this BITTER MISERABLE man kept GOING and being SO RUDE. And HE WAS A WORKER. I was completely shocked that he was this upset. I began to yell back telling him to calm the f down and some other.. not so nice things. Unfortunately when they go low I go lower and I came back to the store and gave him the finger and blew him a kiss. There's no way he gets paid that much to care if someone ACCIDENTALLY took a wrong turn. Stop being so miserable

They have beautiful clothes but I could not get even a greeting let alone any help because I happened to show up in casual attire, with a chemo beanie looking sickly and—I guess—poor? I felt like I was crashing a party where I was not wanted.

Avoid if you have cancer. A saw a beautiful dress in the window and, since I'm shopping for new work clothes now that I'm no longer working remote, I decided to stop in. I was extremely uncomfortable from the moment I entered the store. I was wearing leggings and a hoodie and a chemo beanie since I'm currently in cancer treatment. I admit, I look sickly and maybe that reads as "poor." I'm not. I never got a greeting or even a "be with you in a bit" from any of the sales people. I was struggling to hold all of the things I wanted to try on and looking for smaller sizes and whatnot and no one even came close to helping me, but others in the store were being fawned over. I started thinking "is this a store where you need an appointment to shop?" But now reading other reviews I guess you appearance here really matters. Finally as I had an armload of clothes with an item almost dragging in the floor, someone asked if she could take that to a fitting room. I said I'm ready to try on now. She seemed flustered and said she was trying to find a blouse for a customer. I was in the store for a long time without anyone offering to help me find sizes or even give me something to carry the items in. They had only two large sizes of the dress in the window. I tried on the smallest one and it was huge. I would have liked to have known if the one in the window was a smaller size, but o walked out without anyone even asking if I needed help finding a size. This was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable feeling and I'm sorry if my "cancer patient" look wasn't welcome there. They had lovely clothes. I will go back when I have hair again and don't look so poor and see if anyone greets me or offers assistance.

Cute, affordable clothing. Fast shipping and clothing fits true to size. They do sell out fast on more popular items so if you're contemplating on something just know it probably won't be available a few days later when you've decided

Customer service is great and they offer high quality clothing. First time I went the owner waited on me. He knew my size without even measuring. He helped me pick out some nice combinations.
