Very poor experience with the delivery service. I bought a treadmill in-store and paid for delivery. After discussing scheduling with the store associate, we chose a time that was open on their calendar.
The scheduled delivery day came and went—nothing happened. No call, no text, no email. Absolutely no communication from Dick’s or their contractor. When I called the store, they looked into it and found that the delivery had been pushed to a later date—without informing anyone.
I told them we wouldn’t be available that day and clearly specified when we would be. Guess what? They still attempted delivery on the very date I said we couldn’t accept it. When no one answered the doorbell, they finally called—asking if we could open the garage remotely for them. Absolutely not.
At this point, it had been two weeks since my purchase. If I had ordered from Amazon, delivery would have been free, and I would have had my treadmill already. Instead, I returned it because I had no confidence they’d get it right.
And when I called Dick’s again, they claimed they had no control over their third-party delivery service. Really? Who am I doing business with, then? Extremely disappointing.

Cheaper dumbbells than other places, if you can actually find them.
Don't buy shoes from here as it is nearly impossible to find a worker.

Never has carried what I needed in stock. Came here last year hoping to get a dry bag or box, they don’t carry that. Came just now for monofilament, was told they don’t carry that.

I ordered an exercise bike in the store and scheduled for delivery. During my delivery, they did not come within the window that they stated then I was told that when the delivery person went to the store to pick it up that the unit was not available and they couldn’t find it then I had to call the store to find out that the unit was there, and whoever was there receiving deliveries, didn’t know what they were doing. Trying to reschedule my delivery now and is not helpful in getting it rescheduled with their third-party delivery system. This is not good customer service

Shopping with daughter 7/17/24, she picked out sports bra, $58 in four colors, one was sold out in size small so I asked the salesperson and “Calia,” the maker of the sports bra, is exclusive to Dick’s.
So, as my daughter was trying on other items, I went to Dick’s on-line and found the exact same bra “Calia Inspire Scoop Neck Tank” on sale for $34.99, in fact all four of the colors daughter needed were $34.99, I double checked and yes, it was the exact bra, “Calia Inspire Scoop Neck Tank.”
I figured, cool, I will show the cashier my cart on Dick’s on line to price match.
We gathered her intended purchases and stood in line at cashier. In maybe 5-7minutes we were next and I went to show the cashier my Dick’s online cart. The price no longer showed $34.99 for this sports bra, each item now showed the original price of $58 per sports bra.
Incredulous, I mentioned to the cashier that I should have taken a screen shot, he replied “we do not accept a screenshot.”
Me: AI in action? If so, fodder for antitrust lawsuit of epic proportion.
Further, made in Thailand. What do you surmise regarding the price? What do you surmise regarding Dick’s?

Wide assortment of all things! Went for a pair of basketball shoes and a basketball for my Son's birthday. The staff in the shoe department were very helpful.

Bought new Jordan's here for basketball and they ripped 3 months into use. Nikes policy says the store will allow you to take them within two years. Went to the store and an employee who had no clue of any policies said he'd ask his manager. Came back and said his manager said no. Manager wouldn't even come to talk. This is offensive. I now have to send them to Nike to wait a minimum two weeks to get shoes. This policy makes no sense and has made a customer of 10 years never want to shop at Dicks again. Worst store and terrible management.
