Colin with the crew were absolutely amazing.
My wife and I began our day by driving her to her surgery appointment . . . and maybe two minutes into our drive the tire monitor system comes on and shows the left rear tire going flat. I then checked my vehicle status and thetire went 0% air. Thankfully, we have run flats and were able to drive very slowly to get Katherine to her incredibly important surgery. I have been a discount tire customer for a couple decades since my dad had highly praised the company and encouraged me to shop there. As a current customer, I thought about the discount tire center on Fort Hill Drive, which was within 2 1/2 miles of where my wife was having her surgery. I called discount tire after Katherine was checked in around 1:30PM. I spoke with a Colin and explain that I had made an appointment on the app for 4 PM and that it was possible I might have to show up 15 minutes or so later depending on Catherine be at the surgery center since there was a slight delay. Colin told me to take good care of my wife and that he and the crew were here for us and that we just come on down when we were ready and that our slot was held no matter what . He actually said it even more beautifully and empathetically with great care and reassurance for us.
Everything went really well with my wife and she was able to stay with me and not have to be Ubered home. So here we drive on our run flat tire carefully to discount tire, and when we got there, it was pouring rain out and getting very dark out because of the thunderstorms.
We pulled up, and I opened the door for my wife and took her by the arm to carefully walk her to the entrance to Discont Tire and one of the gentlemen / employees had already went to hold the door for us so I coukd continue to escort her in to sit down comfortably. The employee greeted us and then took the key and took care of the car and brought it into one of the bays. The car was fixed very quickly. It was amazing when it was finished that they drove the car out of the bay and then backed it into the first bay that was now open and had someone else hold the door to the garage so my wife could walk into the garage and into the car so she can remain dry and not have to be outside in the elements.

Honestly really amazing service from everyone at this location from the salesperson that helped me Collin H, and the rest of the employees out in the bays. They finished everything I needed quickly and didn't compromise the quality of the work. Big shout out to everyone, keep working hard.

I came in expecting a $180 tire and installation charge. Instead the manager used my tire warranty and I only had to pay $20. That's the definition of running an honest business. ☆☆☆☆☆

I just got my tires changed over because they were balddddd and I had a 1pm appointment time, checked in at maybe 1:05 and was walking out the door with new tires on my car at like 1:27pm! If I had gone to Firestone like I originally was going to before they tried to way oversell me on some tires, I would have been waiting minimum 1 hour. I’m going to be a Discount Tire customer as long as I live coz that was amazing! Affordable tires and great customer service! Thanks y’all!

This is a great Discount Tire location. They were very friendly and helpful in replacing four tpms sensors. However avoid the route 59 Naperville location and gave me the runaround. Finally got help from the fort Hill Naperville location. Thanks guys!

I left there a happy now loyal customer! Jose was very helpful and did an excellent job explaining the differences between the tires and recommending tires that not only will save me money but also just as great quality as the one I was looking into. I appreciated him having the patience and kindness explaining comparison and the warranty. I left there grateful and feeling good about the quality of service he provided, and my car being taken care of same day. My tires were bad and needed new ones asap. He helped me so much and I appreciate him and the team getting my car ready same day and it being quick and easy process. :)

The gentleman at the desk quoted me certain amounts for four tires including alignment. However this young guy came out to tell me that there is a $80 xtra charge for the alignment and that it will take 30 minutes to do the job. I had no choice but to paid for it
What really bothered me was that the guy came back 5 minutes later to tell me that my car was done. That’s a ripoff! I was very disappointed
