Unfortunately I noticed some of the employees get into customers vehicles very dirty. I did bring it to there attention and suggested they use seat covers. Let's see if they incorporate it and use them or have a dedicated person ( with clean clothes) to drive the vehicles in and out. If not it's enough for me not to go there anymore and I've been going there for a very long time . I just never realized that that was happening. Other wise I love Discount tires. They are always friendly/accommodating and quick and do a good job. I a have used several different locations.

Discount Tire is a great place to get tires on a good deal, but the service was not of performance and quality from my recent visit. I recently went and got my tires and front/rear wipers applied. A few days later, I learned that one of my front tires was making thumping/helicopter noises as I drove. I eventually went to a Firestone near my job for an inspection as the noise was becoming more noticeable and louder as I drove. I was told that my lug nuts were not securely tightened. Around the same week, I went through a car wash and one of my wipers flew out. I understand that things happen during busy times and I'm appreciative that the technicians were helpful and willing to replace my wipers and ensuring it was secured properly at no cost, but it does make me a bit more hesitant to place my car in their care in the future. It should be a priority to ensure that every work a technician touch on a car is running safely and efficiently before handoff. It is interesting because most of the reviews for this store has been extremely positive, so I'm not quite sure what my experience was that day and why it went wrong.

I waited in line to get air in my back tire, my tire was low because my electronic valve stem has a slow leak, l told the attendant that the tire was low because l have a valve stem that slowly looses air. He refused to put air in my tire. Because l told him this information. He could have at least offer to replace the valve and gave me price. He refused to put air in my tire so l had to drive on a near flat tire to work, after work l just bought a good tire pump at O'reillys Auto Parts The valve stem is 110 dollars. That's why l have not done it. He was of no help October 15, 2024 8:45am.

I used to like this place, but I think they’ve lost my business for good. Really tired of the upselling. The latest was the need for new ‘lugnuts’… ironically I just googled this and also looked on Reddit and it seems to be a gimmick and a trend for them to try and upsell their customers. As if the profit on the new tires wasn’t enough.
Of course, they charged $70 for lugnuts and they’re $20 on Amazon. Go figure. taking my business elsewhere from now on

Kyle Kurt John are awesome but why in the heck do you have Michael working there he is unprofessional he’s a jerk he rushes you through the process and doesn’t explain anything he seems like he’s always in a bad mood if you don’t like customer service or want to help people understand what’s going on with out getting scammed or mad or have patience then don’t work there he suck’s and is a total jerk that’s the only reason I’m giving this 1 star cause of Michael he sucks and is a jerk other wise Kyle, Kurt, John are amazing give them a raise

Had a nail in my work van tire and the guy behind the counter told me I would have to wait three (3) hrs before they get to it. Went to discount tire on Boughton rd and it was fixed in 20 minutes.

The gentlemen were honest and gentlemen. I saw a nail in my tire and they could have taken me to the cleaners.
Nail had fallen out before I got to the store.

Went for a tire change on 5/18 at 8:30am and I ended up finding all of my wheels being scratched. I dont know how is that possible to damage it, prob the wheels were thrown back and forth.

Woke up with a TPMS warning of 22 psi and heard a hissing sound after inflating that tire. Kurt and other people at Discount Tire Naperville were so nice and professional. They repaired the tire for free in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place!

Came to discount tire on a Friday morning knowing it’s a busy day but wanted to see if my tires were under some sort of warranty and Kyle worked professionally and efficiently. I was trying to come back at a less busier time but due to the tire being a hazard and having my young son with me. He took charge of the situation and got me out in under 30 minutes! Which is huge when you come to a place like this with a kid. I was very thankful for his help, and kindness. Great being attended by Kyle! 10/10 will recommend this location always.

I was going to purchase 8 new tires and 4 new rims at Costco, but walked in randomly to Discount Tire in Naperville to check pricing. Kurt and his team greeted me and were awesome to work with. Kurt is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Under promised and over delivered on delivery time. Excellent customer service all around! You won my business and I look forward to purchasing new tires from this team in the future.
