Kind of unwelcoming and unprofessional. Employees will sit on their phone in front of you instead of helping and then gather behind the counter gossip about people in front of you. Also a fitting room would solve the issue of always having to return stuff

Rude employees; it’s usually some that are Mexican that are rude for no reason. I have nothing against nobody; specially since my boyfriend is Mexican.. but always rude and don’t want to speak even if you speak first.

I used to shop here frequently, years ago, and I loved it. This week I went back to make some Xmas gift returns with my little sister and our grandma. We got inside and went to the counter to make the return and get a store credit to then look around the store, and were then told to “just carry the bag around the store and we’ll do it later”. That was fine, but odd in my opinion. A little bit later my grandma steps outside and my sister and I are looking at a rack of coats, she wanted to try on the coat over her crop top, as we looked for her size an older woman with glasses kept looking our way, doing store worker things and making her way towards us. She came by and asked if we needed help and we thanked her and said no. My sister got uncomfortable and decided not to try it on since she kept staring at us. We continued browsing separately and I noticed the woman literally following her everywhere she went, pretending to work. My grandma came back in and we told her the situation, she then went to the lady and asked her to grab a coat from the top rack, thanked her and came over to us on the other side of the store. The woman, again, came near us (this is a large store btw), and continued to stare, I decided to stare back, ended up making eye contact with her 3 times in 30 seconds. She came closer and as my sister unzipped her hoodie again she looked back at her 5 different times. My sister told me she was uncomfortable and she didn’t wanna put the jacket on, and after that instance I was fed up and disgusted, so I spoke up and politely asked her “hey can u please stop staring at her, she’s trying to see if this will fit before we buy it and you’re making her really uncomfortable” to which she replied “ I’m the store manager I’m working, I’m doing my job” and that was it. She didn’t apologize, and she also didn’t deny staring at her. I think it’s important to note that my little sister is blatantly Hispanic and has been profiled countless times before, even though she is only 13 years old. After that we bought our stuff and left. We did nothing wrong besides try on a jacket in the public eye, which to me is more than normal and acceptable everywhere else I shop. We weren’t acting sneaky or like we were trying to steal, literally just shopping. Needless to say I won’t ever put my sister in an environment where she is subject to such racial profiling like we saw at this Discovery. It makes me sick that someone would act like this with no logical reasoning to back this up. This woman needs to be fired, demoted, whatever, or the store needs to be put under review. I love this store but not this person in the slightest.

Women's clothing stores. Saw things that would look good on young ladies. Prices seemed very reasonable. Just window shopping with my wife.

Location said it was open. Hours on door said it was open. Hours online say it was open... I show up at 6:40 on a Monday and the employee runs and locks the door when she sees me walking up- then proceeds to smile and walk away. Unacceptable.

Came on Labor Day with my mom & sister eager to shop. As we were walking up to the door (around 5:30pm) the store employee ran over to the door & locked it in our face. She then smuggly smiled and walked away. There was no sign posted about an early closing, hours were posted as open until 9:30pm, and google also said they were open. I had called a few days prior to confirm they'd be open as I was excited to have a rare day off with my family to go shopping together. Extremely unfortunate. I used to absolutely love this store, what a shame as to what's become of it with the current staff or management.

They don't have plus size friendly outfits and when I called to ask a simple question they wouldn't pick up as usual so I kept trying then someone answered then sighed and hung up on me.

Very rude. Store full of customers and I'm told I can't shop. I understand closing times if the store was empty, but there is a full store of people still wandering shopping. Watched them turn down several people.How could a manager not see the loss and keep the doors open for customers. I'm sure corporate would not appreciate them turning down business either.Photo shows 3 other women turned down. Clearly no customer service here

I loved there clothes but I wish they had plus sizes. I used to be little but not anymore. The store was clean. Employees were polite.
