DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE!!!!!!!
I bought 2 gift cards from here for approximately $100 each, gave it to someone for Christmas just to find out there was no balance in it (in less than a month of purchase). Called the manager and they pretty much said they cannot do anything about this.
I own businesses and I have seen many employees that work at establishments like this scamming people and keeping the original and switching it out for a zero balance gift card when the consumer is distracted. Now I am not assuming this is what happened but I would not rule it out.
Dollar tree please look into this and take ownership and accountability for what happened. The manager I spoke with said they literally cannot print me a receipt for my purchase that was less than a month ago. Please check cameras to see what is going on or something. “Sorry we can’t do anything in the instance” is just not good enough when a consumer purchases goods from your establishment less than a month ago and you can’t do anything to help them in this case.
Updated: upon reviewing the reviews for this location, I have located another person that has experienced the same issue.
Definitely reaching out to corporate! This is unethical.
Evaluate the employees, check the system, do what you have to because this is not okay.
Will not be purchasing or shopping at this location moving forward. Seems fishy and scammy.

The Store Was Closed An Hour Prior To The Stated Advertised Time Of Open. I Iill Be Reaching Out To Corporate With A Video & Photo Confirmation As I Will Be Filing A Complaint. There Has Been Four To Five Customers Turned Away Due To Unexpected Store Closure. Horrible Way Of Conducting Business.

It is so unfortunate the customer service I received here for a gift card I purchased here that the money never got loaded on been dealing with Dollar tree helping with this $25 issue for 3 weeks going on a month speaking with all management Lisa, Steven, Jasmine and even district manager Ann which have been no help just asking for my number never calling me back and not finding a solution to this problem. I have the receipt I have the gift card I’ve given them everything and they still don’t have urgency in taking care of a $25 problem. Horrible don’t purchase gift cards here because if there’s an issue you’ll be stuck out of luck losing that money as they do nothing to help. It is very unfortunate how a corporation like Dollar tree doesnt train their staff correctly to be able to take every customer issue serious specially one were the customer is the one that is out $25 and the staff does not help to do anything about it. I will no longer be shopping here . Horrible .

This Dollar Tree used to be one of the BEST stores - GREAT SELECTION, amazing values and the service was top notch. Now, it's just a mess, inventory blocks the isles, sections are mixed - hardware was in the same isle as paper goods and the arrival of the $5 section is a bust!! Can go to Target. The WORSE part is the employees are shooting the breeze and NOT CLEARING ISLES OF INVENTORY I would like to purchase!!!! SO SAD TO SEE IT GO FROM THE BEST TO THE WORST!!! NO DECENT MANAGEMENT!

The store is a disaster!!!!!!!!!! Nothing is in order the merchandise is on the floor per weeks!!!!!!!! And they always told me it was from Covid !!!!!!! And the women’s restroom are very dirty !!!!! Please send more workers to this store
