Purchased a pair of gym shoes and the sale came up $22 more than what was advertised. I quickly questioned and they verified I was correct….manager says this happens all the time…what …you overcharge and the only way the customer gets the correct price is when the customer brings it to attention….what kind of policy is this? Apparently the price in computer doesn’t reflect the same price on the floor and you continue to let this happen…yeeks….buyer be warned.

Nice selection of a variety of different shoes at a reasonable cost. Staff could be friendlier. Dislike that you have to log in to their app for a discount WHILE they are ringing up your purchase.

Nice store has a lot of shoes to pick from. Unfortunately, the rug was so filthy that every shoe was really dirty underneath. Looks as if someone wore them, then brought back to the store. We asked the worker why the shoes looked like that, and she said it was because of the rug. I see that being an issue if someone did want to exchange or return the shoes.

It's a mess and the checkout line is long. Best to try on there if you're unsure and order online. They do process online returns as well.

Wonderful shie store with many different brands in a variety of sizes to fit pretty much every taste. And if you can't find what you want, you can always go online to order it. Prices are decent and good bargains are always to be found.
