The LAB department is trash... update your hours online... brought a disabled person for labs ... online hours state they are open till 4pm but apparently they close @ 3:30pm even though I was there a few minutes before 3:30 they refused to take labs.... unethical, and TRASH... SHAME ON YOU

The staff was so accommodating to my specific needs. From the ladies at the front desk, to the immediate care staff, every single one of them was patient, caring, and sympathetic. Thank you for going above and beyond today to help me.

Super unorganized, they have more people sitting idle on reception then lab assistants. I mostly come here for lab work. It has become worse. Anytime you come here, you will have to wait for hours. Most of the time only 2 lab assistants are working. This is worst service by Duly/Dupage Medical Group. I hope they hire more... read full comment
