If I could give zero stars I would. We went to see Jennifer L ahmadian and she kept cutting us off when we were telling her about her symptoms. In total we were only with her for maybe 10-15 minutes at max. When we got the notes from the appointment there were several places where she lied about the appointment saying the total time was 45 minutes, she also said she did not have multiple different symptoms when she was. If you want to find out what’s going on with you do NOT SEE HER!Rude,ignorant,stuck up, and made it seem like we were a waste of her time.

We had the worst experience that we could possibly. My wife Vidya Sreenivasan went for her first annual physical check up with Lauren Blyby at DULY. The annual physical was covered through our insurance. After repeatedly checking and confirming if this was covered through the insurance, the annual physical was done by the doctor where she did the usual checks like height weight etc. and gave the flu and tetanus shots. She generally asked as to how my wife was feeling and my wife generally mentioned that she had some fatigue. The annual physical was completed in around 15- 20 mins. We were told all is ok and the insurance will cover everythingTo our surprise in 1 weeks time we were asked to pay USD 131 . When asked the reason they mentioned that in addition to annual physical, we had are being charged for office visit since my wife had mentioned that she has some fatigue. This was shocking to us since the doctor did not give us any diagnosis and neither did she recommend any medicines but we were being charged for something that we do not have any clue of. My wife does not have any problem whatsoever and on checking with DULY they maintain that the we were being charged correctlyPLEASE DO NOT visit DULY if you don’t wish to be take for a ride. Pls be warned

If you need to fast for lab work and go first thing in the morning before work, don’t go to the Rolling Ridge location. Twice I have shown up at 7am and at 7:30 the lab employees still hadn’t shown up to work yet.

The lab is supposed to open at 7am but it never does. Twice within a couple of weeks, I tried get blood work done at 7am. Had to wait for 30 mins each time and leave because they could not locate the lab person. Other patients were saying that it happened every time. It's amazing that these people have a job where they can show up whenever they like. In any other job, you would be fired by now.

The doctors are good but trying to get support staff to help you is impossible. I sent 1 message and called 4 times and no one returned my call with a response. I will move on to another provider.

The process here is terrible. I brought a family member in for a pain injection and they ask all drivers to wait. I came prepared so no problem.They shuffle you around from desk to desk in a triangle formation. Everyone attempting to check in is shuffled around to multiple desks and are commenting on it..The lady who happens to be at the first desk must get asked 100 times a day to check in but from what I've seen, she's sent 90% of people to the next desk. And she's not happy about being interrupted either. If 90% of people need to go to the 2nd desk, why don't they switch the staff?We were told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. It's now been 2 hours. No updates from anyone. I finally grabbed a staff member as they were coming out to get the next patient. They said it would be another 20 minutes. Someone should update the family then as we get worried.UPDATE: When my family member was finally released THREE HOURS LATER, she told me the nurse couldn't find a vein. Seriously???I would not get any procedures done here based on this experience.2023: family member had one of the first appts of the day and they are already running an hour behind. What in the actual f****????!!

1st & last time I will go to this establishment!! My son saw Dr. D. Rusthoven as a new patient due to his primary physician( amazing Dr. Carlos Cespedes) relocating! It had taken me so long to convince my son to see a physician & this was confirmation about his theory of seeing a new doctor!!We were truly disappointed of the experience he had !! This doctor was arrogant & rushed through my son's appointment. He literally saw my son for 2 minutes!!

I have read everyone review and experienced first hand unfortunately. This is not a medical practice but a worst profit making shop. They are unethical liars and steal from patient and the insurances. Always coding extra items for the top level codes and for the work that is never done. As you are but a medical expert you are forced to pay the high copay and deductible. Their useless outsourced customer service is a parrot who can just read and repeat.

I have a severe herniated disc in my lower back. I scheduled an appt here over a month ago, and I’ve been trying to power through until my appt. They called me to confirm the appt, there were no issues. They call me over a month later, on the day of my appt, to tell me they’re canceling it because they no longer take my insurance. Luckily for me, I can’t get another appt until November! Thanks Duly!!!

Want to give a -ve rating. But there is no such option. Going there for the past 4 yrs. But this time after my blood work (on Monday) the nurse/doctor haven't responded about my updated medication. Called them 2 times and every nurse says she marked it as "High priority and will send the medication by the end of the day"(even after telling that I don't have any more medication.) Today is Friday and I still haven't heard from them. Looks like they dont care about patients. All they want is money. They charge you extra if you discuss an issue with your family doctor in your annual visit. When asked they say other than routine examination if you discuss any issue they will bill you. That absurd. So please don't go there.

Called to schedule appointment with the Dr. and was told it could be handled with a phone appointment. I questioned it and was told that a phone appointment would be fine. The Dr. called me and said this couldn't be handled over the phone and I need to come in for an appointment. They have charged me $134.25. I have questioned it stating that the nurse never should have scheduled the appointment knowing why I was calling, but because I agreed to the appointment I have to pay the money. Stay away from this office. To bad, I have been seeing my doctor for years and will now be finding a new doctor.

Call before you go! The website still shows a lab at this location, but when you walk in there is a sign telling you it relocated to 4003 Rt. 59. The Rt. 59 lab also opens at 8am, an hour later than this location.

Avoid this lab at all costs! My 7 year old has to do blood draws every 4 months and the staff always messes it up and we have to go back again!!! I walk staff through exactly what needs to be done each time (which I am not a a medical professional so not sure why,) and they mess it up every time. Take wrong test, wrong stickers, and lately they didn’t freeze the sample like they were supposed to which now will delay what we need for our doctors visit. Zero friendliness either but I was looking past that for convince but never again.

I wouldn't recommend the pediatric group here. My 2 month old was having RSV and was having wheezing. I reached out to the pediatrician on call. Didn't get any response and we literally had to keep calling the office and nurse would keep asking if I need a doctor on call and no one was available for in person visit. I changed the pediatrician for my 2 month old from duly group to another reputed pediatric group who were able bring symptoms under control which saved him from emergency.
