We absolutely love kindercare east. We have been sending our 2 kids for the past 2 years. After trying multiple other daycares in the area, we finally found one that has staff that STAYS. One of the biggest issues with daycare IMO is staff tenure - kindercare east has staff that has been around for a long time and it is clearly because management does a great job creating a great work environment. The transparency and understanding of their staff is unmatched. I recommend this place to everyone who will listen!

I witnessed this location’s KinderCare bus almost hit a child as the child was crossing the street. KinderCare buses have been speeding in my neighborhood. I would not trust them with my child.

We have been happy to send our daughter here for years. She is well cared for and nurtured in an environment that is safe and highly educational, going above and beyond our high expectations. The hugs she gives her caregivers at the beginning and/or end of day tell me just what a special place this is.

Ms. Nicole, Ms. Jo, and Ms. Dana have worked with my kids since they were babies. They feel like family to my kids. They always go out of their way to help us out and make my kids feel loved!

Our 2 year old daughter had made great developmental progress in the 3 months we have been attending thekindergarten. She loves the crafts and activities, and I feel happy to see her pictures in the app throughout the day. When I pick her up, it, the atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and happy. We are grateful to the teachers and administrator s for the ongoing auppt and attention

My children have been at KinderCare (East Naperville) for the past two years and it is one of the best decisions that we have ever made. The curriculum is excellent. My youngest, who began at 5 months, can't wait to go to KinderCare everyday. My middle child, who is now in Kindergarten, is beyond prepared because of the amazing and dedicated teachers. My oldest loves attending the school-age program after school.In addition as I write this review, we are still in the midst of a global pandemic. This is one of the safest locations that we can have our children at during this time, and I applaud the staff and teachers for their perfect audit from their Health & Safety Quality Check.

Where did begin...this location is amazing !! My daughter originally went to another daycare close by and after a few days I made the decision to pull her out for many reasons. I spoke with Nicole about what was going on and she was more then helpful and accommodating with getting my daughter in their facility ASAP ! From the very first day I felt at ease with my daughter being there. Her teacher is absolutely AMAZING!! She is so in tune with my daughter and has truly helped with her development! The updates they provide make you feel like you’re with your child all day! The fact that they still check in on my daughter when she’s out sick or running late shows a sense of true compassion! Everyone at this location shows genuine concern and care for the children there !! I can’t imagine my daughter being anywhere else !

I have been sending my daughter to Kindercare since she was 3 months old and I continue to be impressed by the care she receives year after year. The staff treat her with so well, and she LOVES going there. She has learned so much through their curriculum and their learning adventure programs. A big thank you to the staff for all you do! If you’re unsure and trying to find a daycare, this is the place! We moved to Naperville with a 5 month old (our first baby) and were very nervous about finding the right place for her. It’s hard leaving your baby in someone else’s care! We did a virtual tour and I talked with Nicole a couple of times and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very warm welcome on day one to the daily updates (pictures and videos) throughout the day, I feel so comfortable with having our baby girl here. Not to mention the teachers in her room are AWESOME! Seriously - she loves it every single day and I can see that in the pictures/videos and her demeanor when she comes home. We had some friends move to the area and they asked my opinion on our daycare and I didn’t hesitate in telling them they had to go here – they start next week! I’m so so so so happy with East Naperville Kindercare, and I can’t wait to watch our little girl grow here.

Both my kids attended this location for years. From kindergarten/pre-school through 5th grade. Nicole and every teacher was wonderful. My kids had a great time, homework was done, they had hours that helped with me work, and most importantly my kids were safe. Couldn't ask for better!

My daughter attended this Kindercare from the time she was about three months old until she was in kindergarten (attended mornings/afternoons until COVID). We had a great experience with the staff and were impressed by the way they cared for her and treated her like she was one of their own. Even now that she is nearly done with first grade, she still talks about Miss Sonia, who taught her to read and write. They really did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again.

All the teachers are wonderful and our kids love going to daycare every day! The kids get to do lots of fun activities throughout the week and it's great to see how much they learn. We couldn't ask for a better center!
