So, not only were the members of this gym given less than a week's notice that they were closing but it appears we are getting 0 option to cancel. They're just automatically moving us to a gym that some of us cannot get to and is very inconveniently out if the way. I am getting no response to my emails from management. I've met some great people here as far as the trainers and members go but other than that I am regretting ever signing up for this poorly managed gym. I am going to have to risk this effecting my credit as I am going to block the charge for the 1st. I should not have to continue to pay for a gym that I can no longer attend especially when it is their fault. Thank you.

I was a member of eco gym for 9 months about and the gym is pretty small but it’ll do the job if you’re trying to go for an hour and grind. There’s a lot of people that go here (don’t let the employees fool you that not many people go there) and when you’re trying to use some equipment it might be getting used by someone else. The staff there is really nice and welcoming, I’ll give eco gym that. It’s open 24/7 so you could go whatever you want. When you’re trying to work abs, there’s not much room to do this but you could use a matt and drop it down somewhere. But the reason why I gave it two stars was that eco gym scams people. I did the cash back deal (it’s where you go a certain amount of days and you’ll get money back if you do this) and I went so many days to the point where some months I would only have to pay $10 but they never gave me ANY cash back. I wasted a good $300. Don’t make that mistake - but that’s okay, this place is closing anyway

Excellent place. Staffs were easy to approach and was helpful. Equipment were well-maintained and was clean. Weights were organized and the bathroom was clean.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a membership almost a year ago now, a 6 month deal that they said wouldn't be renewed or anything ending in February. I got mono in late January and wasn't even able to use my membership the last month but I was fine paying for it since I agreed to it at first. Back in May I figured out they were STILL charging me so I called them to freeze or cancel my membership and to pick up my check for the time that I did use the gym (should have gotten about $40 of the $60 back for 5 of the 6 months) I talked to them and they said no problem no more payments will be charged until we talk more about it and we will give you a call when you can pick up your check. I'm a full time student and worked a full time job this whole summer and I just found out they are STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER GAVE ME A CALL SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS OR EVEN ABOUT THE CHECK THEY OWE ME. Don't be d*** and sign anything here, they are horrible and I can't wait for them to answer my phone calls to try to explain this one.

This place should be closed down. The worst gym I have ever been too. So many times they have violated the contract that I signed up for. The management there is absolutely terrible and are no help. They promise you a lot of great service but I have yet to experience any of it. I was promised “supplement starter pack” and “protein smoothie provided” that you get when you sign up, and I asked more than six times for it and they kept “forgetting” to get me one or that their "location didn’t have it". Promised a smoothie discount for a smoothie bar that they didn’t even have at their location. I was promised personal trainer sessions and the lady that I was assigned with refused to work around my hours or even recommend me to someone that could accommodate my hours. I was promised red light therapy, they didn’t have it. Being extremely upset that I was not getting what I was promised, I wanted to cancel. I called to cancel but they kept insisting I had to pay the remaining balance of six months worth of service ($834) and a $200 cancellation fee. My contract said that I only had to pay $200 but they told me that the new contracts stated that I had to pay the full amount. I never signed a new contract! They are so greedy for money. They only care about your money and could care less if you are receiving the service that was promised.

Would give a zero if this app let me. My sisters went to go get a membership for this gym, and it was doing great at first. They didn't have all the amenities for the level of membership they purchased, but they typically don't complain and just wanted to work out. Well what happens is you can recommend someone this gym to others and they will non-stop hound you to try to get you to join. I read the reviews on this place and I was wise enough not to join, HOWEVER my sisters got royally screwed. They've been trying to cancel for months, but this gym won't let them. Charging my sisters way more than they bargained for. They promise you a great gym experience, but the only weight you'll lose is in your wallet. Now everything is clear, you get terrible administrators leeching money off of you.

My trainer Kyle is the absolute best! I was afraid to lift weights at first but he's made my experience enjoyable. It's a VERY CHALLENGING workout but he pushes me through it. I can't wait to see my future results

I loved it at first. Then they started charging me while I had my account on freeze. How am I supposed to use the gym when I am a couple hundred miles away?
