I have had enough. The following are all true events that happened to me in the past 12 months at this location.
Strike 1 - this location rented me a car with expired temporary tags. When pointed out to the manager, his response was - and I am not making this up - "if the cops pull you over give them my card and ask them to call me".
Strike 2 - They did not have the model I reserved and the car I received had 1/4 tank of gas.
Strike 3 - I arrived this past Wednesday (Dec 4) to pick up my reserved sedan. They had none. Instead I was offered an "upgrade" to one of two SUVs. I rent for work and we use sedans for the fuel economy. This is not an upgrade. Upon choosing my SUV I was informed it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. "Then I'll take the other one." - sorry, that one is dirty too. When handed the keys to take the car around back to clean it, the employee complained about it being too cold to the desk attendant. Roughly 20 minutes later I received my "clean" SUV and opened the rear to immediately find a chromebook, presumably the property of the previous renter. Clearly this vehicle had been cleaned with the utmost attention by the cold-averse employee.
I will use the Enterprise location at 4000 Ogden Ave from now on. It's a bit further away, but it's not a clownshow.

Horrible service booked weeks ahead for two days for a $144 total.
I show up and they want to charge me a $300 deposit.
Ive rented from enterprise multiple times and was charged a $50 deposit.
The blonde lady was cold and blunt. She said $50 is only insurance cars but ive rented so many times and never charged $300.
I asked why they didnt tell me and she said “we usually call the day before to let you know but we were closed”
Bro. If you know you're going to be closed thats your job to call ahead especially about $300 extra.
ANDDD the fact that this company waits for the night BEFORE to tell people about a $300 deposit is just GRIMY.
Now i have to drive in an ‘07 for 6 hours to and back because im not paying $450 for ONE DAY i dont care if i get the $300 back it makes no sense and ill never be coming to enterprise again and me and my family rent cars for weeks at a time multiple times a year. Never again.
