This is the best storage experience I cud ask for being my 1st time having to store my personal and valuable things! Its alway clean! Marianne the Manager is amazing! Very understanding, very very kind, fantastic customer service and will make you feel at home and very welcoming! She runs this place like a real Boss! I give her 1000 Stars if I cud👏🏾

I called Extra Space Storage in Naperville on Ogden Avenue and the most wonderful person answered the phone. Marianne was extremely helpful, patient, and kind as I explained my situation. She took the time to help me through each step and made sure that I was taken care of before we hung up the phone. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service. Marianne provided to me today. I would highly recommend Marianne and the staff at Extra Space Storage in Naperville!!!!!

Ive had a great experience renting a storage unit here for the past few months. I've recently needed to upgrade my unit to store more boxes while in the process of moving. Mary Anne at the front desk was super helpful and kind making the process easy. 10/10 would rent again.

Please be aware of this before you sign up for a low rate with Extra Space Storage in Naperville, IL. I signed up in 2022 for $114.00 for a 10x10, which went up to $156 in 2023 and $174 in 2024, and now I am paying $201 in 2025. almost doubled in less than 3 years. This facility and company bait you into low rates and then crush you once you have your belongings in their facility. I spoke with a representative at the facility, and they told me I should have read the contract. It's just my experience; buyer, beware!
