I've been coming almost once a week to ship packages and the staff is extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. They are my favorite FedEx office.

FedEx as we all know is distrustful and a terrible shipping company. The unprofessional employees will literally cheat and lie to their customers to make extra profit. I went in and the employees don't know how to weigh packages they give you odd weights they'll say it weighs a pound but say it weighs like 70 ounces after that so it's really like five pounds... But it's just a 1 pound six ounce
I'm not happy with the service and others aren't either.

I am writing to commend a gentleman named Mike who opened the FedEx store today at 9 am. I had an exceptional experience thanks to his outstanding customer service. Mike was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to ensure I was doing okay despite also assisting two to three other customers simultaneously that were walking in. He consistently checked back with me to address my needs. His willingness to help is above and beyond and his knowledge of his work is impressive. What stood out the most was his genuinely happy attitude, especially on a Monday. His friendly greeting made it clear that he truly enjoys his job and I’ve observed he has return customers that enjoy his company. Mike brings trust and loyalty out of his customers. Mike's dedication and positive demeanor made my visit a pleasant one. He is a valuable asset to FedEx and this impression he left with me will make me come here instead of other locations or competitors. I will be back to see him! Thanks!

Patricia was so kind and helpful! I came in with a super last-minute print request, and even though she was the only associate working in the store, she took care of me and treated me like a priority. Huge thanks Patricia!

The driver that came to my home today was disgusting and rude!!! He was NOT in uniform at all had on shorts and a t-shirt like he was going to the basketball court. Then he demanded I carry this heavy oversized box by myself or he was refusing to take the returned item!!! He said he has a bad back carrying packages isn't in his job description he is just a driver! Mind you this package should have never come to my home in the first place so how is it NOW my responsibility??? FedEx dropped it off never rang my bell or anything. And he refused to take this package and return to sender so i have this huge heavy box sitting in my living room Still. You've got to be kidding me. He needs to be fired he refused to give me his name or any information to report him! I had to give 1 star in order to leave this review but it's definitely a ZERO star

Stopped in today to have a number of packages boxed and shipped. Young women by name of Patricia both personable, polite and helpful packaged and had ready to ship in a matter of minutes. Great smile. Very sweet young woman. If ever I need to ship again, this would be my store of choice

The only reason I gave this location to stars is because of the parking situation and the door. Regarding parking, there are about 15 parking spots in the front. About eight of them are taken up by handicap and six are reserved for other stores. Very difficult to find parking. The other thing that needs to be changed at this location and many other FedEx locations is the door. 99% of people walking into FedEx are carrying boxes. You should have some kind of door that automatically opens when the sensor sees a person. Otherwise, this location is amazing, the manager and workers are always polite and friendly.
