Bought the car in December, not more than a week goes by I got a check engine light brought it in they cleared it and said it was nothing important and I may need a catalytic converter in the future. After I got my oil changed the same day the engine lost compression and I had to tow it over 80+ miles to the dealership, which I paid for. They did not provide a loner or give any rental service and had to find a way home 2hrs away. Nothing was covered by warranty they said. Breanna at the front desk wouldn't let me speak to anyone from warranty and I had the highest level warranty you can buy. I've gotten no updates about my car for months. They say they'll call you in a couple days at most. I called several times during but got only voicemail, when I did get a hold of Breanna, she'd have an pompous attitude telling me that I'm lucky to be bring my car there and she's supposedly doing me a huge favor so I should be grateful for them. That's not what you tell a customer/client your doing business with when your clearly not doing what you promised. Mind you now this was the same dealership I purchaced my car from and is exactly where I'm supposed to bring it. She has to be one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with, even laughed at me after I explained I was upset. If I asked for a different person she'd just transfer me right back to the same voicemail. All of their phone numbers forward to the same front desk. After 6 months... they told me I need a new engine...6 months people! l was immediately said to pay 900$ just to tear my engine down further or they won't continue. They didn't send me the link to pay for it for 3 weeks. Considering this is 2 hrs away from me so I can't just walk in the shop whenever I feel. Once I paid that, few more weeks went by with no updates no calls. I called Breanna answered giving me a huge attitude telling me she's been trying to help me then asking "what do you want" and "how about I just call you everyday then" (they never called me once). I asked to speak with the mechanic about my car, she told me they don't talk on the phone, when I asked for a manager phone number or email she said you can find it online. Nobody has told me what the reason is why my car broke down, not ever. It took them months just to "look" at my car and paid 900$ for absolutely nothing. During I haven't missed a car payment and paid car rentals out of pocket. I managed to find the owners email and phone but when speaking with him he informed me I'd have to pay 4,000$ to repair my car and they don't know if the motor is good or not. He would send me texts that make absolutely no sense with misspelled words in every sentence, talking about how he has been very clear with me and isn't happy with me saying I can't afford it. I asked when will it be done he said 2 weeks at most. A month and a half go by and guess what? Nobody calls me so I called and asked if it was done yet, he said yes it was done 3 days ago and I have 20 days to pick it up and pay the 4,000$ or it'll be an extra 150$ a day storage charge. There is no reason why it shouldn't have been covered by warranty since I got my oil changed and maintenance earlier everytime. Considering I gave them 6 months to do a repair that was only supposed to be 2 weeks long. I told them fine just cancel my warranty and I'll use that money to pay, but no that money somehow is going back to them even though I paid cash for it at signing. Now they won't release my car until a whole month of income is paid to them for a car that I haven't driven in 7 almost 8 months with no clue as to what happen and probably going to have plenty more wrong with it when/if I get it back. They've literally had the car longer than I've owned it "in the shop". I've been not able to go grocery shopping, get to work and now its cold out I have to ride my bike everyday when I'm paying for a new car. I hope tha

This is not a customer-focused company - we received a recall notice from Fiat for our car; it required changing the oil, driving the car for a set number of miles, and then bringing it back for measurement. We followed the directions, and it was determined that the engine needed to be replaced per recall. When we called to schedule the replacement, we were informed that they had the documentation but had entered it wrong into the system, and we would now have to redo the tests for recall. They have no care for their customer's time when the error was their own.

I called in advance. It was pouring rain. I specifically told the salesman I only want to view cars in the showroom, I also told him I had no interest in viewing wet cars and needed to know exactly how many were on the showroom floor only, I was told there are three fiats on the on the floor. I drove 40 minutes in dangerous conditions and found out the salesman lied. For that, I will never do business with your dealership.

Went into get a tire replacement on my Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth model. Tire would not hold air. One of three things. Nail/rim/valve stem. Odds on favorite is a nail and to my mind that meant tire replacement. Sure enough there was a nail however the dealership stated that it could be repaired. I neither asked for a repair nor did the dealership make an attempt to go straight to tire replacement. Upon discovery if the nail they immediately quoted me the cost for repair stating this can easily be repaired resulting in an out the door cost of 50.00 versus what would surely have been north of 250.00 at the very least I am sureSo the five star review is on the honesty and integrity of the dealership who's’ face at the time was Miss Angie who wrote up the work order and kept me posted theoughout the entire process. Thank uiu Angie and thank you Naperville Maseratti

I just wanted to share my recent experience with a this car dealer and how frustrated I am with their shady business practices. I went to the dealer on Monday to test drive a car and got an appraisal for my car while I was there. I was quoted a price that I was comfortable with, so I left to get my loan approved from my bank. When I returned to the dealership on Thursday with my loan approved, the dealer suddenly asked for $5000 more for the car, claiming that the market value had gone up. He told me that the original price was a mistake, but when I pressed him further and asked to speak with the GM, a man named Shawn, he asserted that the advertised price was intended as a sale that had since ended. Despite their efforts to convince me that the price of the car was subject to market fluctuations akin to stocks, the dealer's story changed repeatedly. However, I knew for a fact that the car had been listed on the market for a month and a half with the price I quoted until I came to see it in person. I couldn't believe it! It seemed clear to me that the dealership was using bait and switch tactics to lure in customers with a lower advertised price, only to pressure them into paying a higher price once they were on the lot. What's worse is that they didn't honor the original price they quoted me, even though I had already received an appraisal for my car from them. If they knew that the market value was likely to increase, they should have informed me beforehand. Instead, they waited until I had my loan approved and was ready to make the purchase, putting me in a difficult position where I had to either pay the higher price or walk away without a car.I'm really disappointed with the dealership's behavior and their attitue towards me. This kind of business practice erodes trust between consumers and businesses, and it's not the way any reputable company should operate. If you're thinking about buying a car, I'd recommend being very careful when dealing with this dealership that engages in bait and switch tactics like this. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.I will report this experience to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant consumer protection agencies, informing them of my experience so that no other customers have to go through the same frustration and ordeal as I did.

Had my 2014 Fiat 500L looked at by the Naperville Fiat Service Dept. due to car not turning over. They found the ECU bad after doing all the tests needed. Unfortunately the ECU part was backordered for a minimum of 45 days and they did all they could to find the part. Part was eventually found/installed and car is running great. I cant say enough about the Service Dept.and how Angie kept me updated weekly until the car was repaired. Kudos to and everyone at Naperville Fiat. Not so much for Chrysler Fiat Customer Care who still can't find the part..........Thank's Angie for all you do.

Although it is a 30 mile drive from my house, I want to say that the service from Fiat of Naperville - and Micah K., in particular - is well worth the trip!

When the Fiat dealer in Evanston closed, I was in a bind where to take my Fiat 500 Pop for service. Fortunately, I found Fiat of Naperville. Even though it’s quite a way from Rogers Park where I live, my experience there has been excellent and I will go back. Staff is professional and friendly, and service very good. In particular, Bart was very helpful, checked my car, answered my questions and advised me regarding my Fiat. Fiat of Naperville, you have my recommendation!

Gave the service department a call and their team did everything they could to help me out that day despite not having an appointment. Could not be more grateful for the quick, kind and helpful service. Huge shoutout to Micah and Jake!!
