I had a problem with my card so I went up to a non-teller and she was very rude. She seems like she didn’t care and just gave me a phone number. I had a question so I went up to teller Joanna instead and she is really nice! I felt comfortable talking to her and she answered all my questions and concerns.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! BANK TELLER JOANNA BRACAMONTES ATTITUDE WAS TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT EVEN SURE WHY THEY EVEN LET HER BE THE FACE OF THE COMPANY , SERVICING FIFTH THIRD CUSTOMERS. SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED . I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER AS WELL. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF SHES THERE . I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. ALL IT TAKES IS ONE APPLE TO SPOIL THE BUNCH

So difficult to bank with this branch, the staffs(except tellers) treat you with suspicion and not feel welcome. Avoid this branch if you can.

Terrible Customer Service.Been with this bank for 20 years. This is the worst location and worst employees I've ever had to deal with. Avoid this Location.

Just because the bank is open till 530 don't expect to be able to use the bank services until 530. Basically what the bank is open till 530 means is you can walk through the door up until 530, but it doesn't guarantee that the bank services inside of the bank will actually be available until 530 very disappointed as I came in a little bit before closing to cash my change in, and get bills. Yes I understand they were closing in like 13 minutes. BUT they are still open and it is STILL banking hours. Only to find out that they turn off the machine and calibrate it really early so customers are not allowed to use it at that time even though the bank is again still open for another 13 minutes. I use the change machine every several weeks. Never once have I seen a sign by the machine saying dear valued customer make sure you're here by such and such time if you would like to cash your change or we close the machine down for the evening. Then the bank teller proceeded to tell me just make sure you're here by 5 PM every day and you should have no issue then another bank personnel shouted from across the room from her desk and said actually make sure you're here by 4:45 PM every day. I replied to them and said, so you don't even know what time you close down your machine because every employee has a different answer this is frustrating. I could probably come tomorrow at 4:45 , and you'll tell me the machine was closed at 4:30... then I told them multiple times I come in the middle of the day like around noon or 1 PM the machine is broken more often than not. I told him sometimes I go out of my way just for the machine because I have no other business I need to do with the bank that day and it's broken. I told him I understand things break but it's broke ALOT(or so it seems only the times I want to use it) they told me I should just call ahead of time if I ever want to cash my change to make sure the machine is up and working this is just a hassle on the customers behalf that we shouldn't have to do because this shouldn't happen so often!! I feel like maybe they need to move the location of the machine from in the lobby to behind the tellers desk yes it might take a couple more minutes for people to wait in line rather than doing it themselves, and printing a receipt with the total. But this way the employees can do it slow efficient, and not break the machine every other minute!

Horrible customer service at this branch. EPP was nice setting up the account but other lady I think her names Kelly she works behind teller counter and her office is to the right when you walk in branch. she hung up on me and my husband because we lost our debit card and check book. She was being really unprofessional saying she only wanted to speak to me when we both were literally repeating the same questions to her twice. She clearly was escalating the situation. DONT EVER BANK HERE OR WITH FIFTH THIRD THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ALL TYPES OF FEES AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT LOSING CUSTOMERS.

Epps helped us set up our account and is extremely professional, caring and helpful. I have used the bank for over 18 months know and have found all the employees to be warm, attentive and personable.
