Went into the bank with my wife to deposit a $150 check in both of our names. They (including the brach manager) refused to deposit it because my wife was not on the account. I have been banking with 53rd for over 15 years with 3 different accounts and a mortgage. When I called customer service they could not believe they wouldn't deposit my check! 53rd better get a new manager in place that understands customer service and that customers have several options to leave.

I have a personal banker his name is Brian he is such an amazing person, he has helped me so much, he is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Smart guy, I love this bank too, very good I have bank that really knows it's stuff.

(Only went through drive thru.) 1st off. . Why, why it is built the complete opposite of how any other bank is? Just wondering. Other than that nice bank.

The staff in the branch are very friendly. The banker Brian is really professional and kind, he explained all the details to us and very patient!Nice to meet him!

This bank has a great customer service attitude. Had my will notarised for free by 3 people there. They always have a drive up lane ready for deposits and withdrawals. When I have to set up auto deposit or withdrawal, it always works right away!

Ray Amra misled me and lied to me. It was the worst customer service ever. When I confronted him, he denied the whole thing. Not to mention that I had to wait 1 month to see him and then waste my time. I don’t appreciate people who don’t value my time.

I would give zero stars if I could. I opened a new checking account and was NOT told any mobile or atm deposits would be held for the first 30 days. So I deposited my paycheck yesterday then found out today I have no access to it for 2 WEEKS now. I'm so angry I'm in tears.

Had an MB Financial account and when 5th third bank acquired them they did not communicate this with me, and it resulted in me having 2 late payments. I went in and spoke with the banker Andy and management and they went above and beyond to help me dispute my late payments. Excellent customer service, would rate 5 stars if I had known about the merger and not have had to dispute 2 late payments in the first place. Hopefully this issue will be resolved so I can be able to have enough credit to put a down payment on a house soon.

Very Unhelpful employees there only maybe 3 employees in this 5th 3rd bank at a time. Unless one goes to lunch. There has Never Never been any customers in the building or even at the drive thru. Justin is the Branch Manager he is never helpful with concerns & if you deposit a check it takes a WEEK before you see the money in your account which is bad!!! 5th 3rd bank is the worst bank ever!!!
