Got 4 new tires. Call first for a reservation!! They're busy, so they probably won't be able to handle a walk-in. Also, if you're getting tires, like I did, you need to call ahead and make sure they get what you need stocked from their local warehouse.
Very nice people. STUCK TO THEIR QUOTE! Lots of places don't necessarily have that professionalism. I'd absolutely go there again if I needed tires.

Go literally anywhere else. The staff is rude and I had to take my car in 3 times in 2 weeks for alignment. Finally went to another location and my car is fine. They kept telling me I am the only person who has complained about alignment. I guess they don’t read their own Google reviews.

Really nice/clean - brand new shop. w/ the best alignment set up!!, Store manager Quhram and Service manager Omar was very accommodating, knowledgeable true car guys! We ran out of time- Had to come back 2x but Giovanni and Sam the techs, did a great job zeroing my cars alignment after changing to All AAD billet suspension and Pedders extreme coil overs.! I had a great experience- Highly recommend!!

Awesome store. Came here for the lifetime alignment on my Tesla. Manager was friendly. Giovanni the tech who did the test ride with me and completed the work was awesome as well. Solid group of guys. Would recommend.

Brought my car for an oil change. They said there was an oil leak. Brake fluid and leak from timing cover gasket. They said there was oil all over the engine and it would cost $4,000. A friend referred me to a mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with it. He said Firestone never removed the engine cover, because had they done so, they would have noted the mouse nest. They should have been concerned about the damage mice can do. When closing the hood, it wouldn’t shut all the way. Instead of jamming it down as Firestone must have, he checked and found they left a cap on top of the frame which was preventing the hood from closing.
1) Firestone Naperville LIED about even looking at the car and diagnosing the problem
2) Firestone Naperville LIED about my car needing repairs
3) Firestone Naperville quoted unnecessary repairs at over $4,000
4) Firestone Naperville dented the hood by forcing it closed.
The car has been totally fine without any repairs.
It’s reprehensible. I’ve not been back to any Firestone as a result, and my friends/family quit going as well. There are so many other options, and many local shops that operate with integrity.

I had my 2010 Odyssey in twice the last 3 weeks due to issues getting it started. First visit the battery was replaced. Week later, had to bring it back as continued to die/battery not charging and had alternator replaced. And now, once again it won’t start. I’m able jump start it but clearly an issue remains, battery not properly charging. I’ve spent $1700 and 2 visits, still have same issue which has clearly never been correctly diagnosed. I called to bring the car back in and was told I can’t until Saturday as all booked up. I asked if there was any way an exception could be made to bring it back and was told no. No urgency to diagnose or fix the problem, what a disappointment. I've used Firestone several times for multiple cars. Won't be coming back. What a joke.

I was originally a customer of the Oswego Firestone. They returned me down because "system was down" so I went to this Firestone. Upon arrival the customer service was fast and efficient with no erros in the system. From there they worked on my car in matter of minutes. As I am waiting for my car they came in to tell me that there was a slight issue from my previous appt at the Oswego location. Not only did the explain to me what had happen. They continued to help address the problem. Get the parts that were needed and fix my car quickly as possible. Sometimes it gets difficult with Company Vehicles but they took care of it because it was safe. Thanks again. Will be coming here.

Wow!! Am so excited. Have been using Firestone for a while now but recently my car needed new brakes, filter and some other stuffs, and I was short of cash to make payment. Qurham gave me some discounts and helped me apply for Firestone credit card after many failed attempts.. I am really happy… what a breath of fresh air.. 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 Guys help me send my gratitude to him. 🙏🙏🙏

Called to get a tire rotation done and they ended up doing an oil change. Things got worse after new management took over. Anyways just go to Discount Tire and they do it for free. There’s also cheaper places to get an oil change done. Best to go anywhere else but here

My name is ED Parker I am a customer who visits Firestone on a regular for Maintenance being done on my car my perception of Firestone is nothing but good everytime I come here for service Q and Omar who I always deal with when I come here for service is always nice and courteous very respectful always upfront and always making sure that I get the best service they have to offer I really appreciate Q and Omar for the respect and kindness they show me I would recommend anybody I know to come here to this Firestone for service on their car so I give mad love to this place and everyone that works here because everyone here are all on the same page 💯💯💯💯💯to everyone here

Had a 7am appointment, showed up at 6:59am and the store was entirely closed/locked. No one showed up to open up the shift/store until roughly 7:15am.
