This is a classic if I could give it zero stars I would. Since there is no corporate posting this will have to be posted on all the individual banking areas. Had a charge that did not belong on my account. Called customer service, and let me say the one thing they do not provide is service, to try to get some help. Basically got absolutely nothing, was told it could take up to two months I had three different forms to fill out and a bunch of hoops to jump through. I think it would've been easier if they would've just told me to go screw myself and hung up the phone. I have been banking with them for over 30 years now, this is the first time I can recall having any kind of dispute on my debit card and unfortunately I realized at that point I was on my own. I would definitely recommend using a more reputable bank who supports their customers when they have an issue. I'm just glad it was not a large sum of money that would've been tied up for two months.

Terrible experience had the worst experience here at this location staff is very rude I got there Saturday at 11:40 and wasn’t able to cash my check with no food in the house I will never go back to this bank again

Friendly service! J.B. and his team are very helpful with setting up business loans and home loans. They are quick to reply to an email and are very trustworthy.
