This company has shown itself to treat its employees very unfairly, especially given our country is in a pandemic. Shame on a local business for making it worse for families at this time by letting employees go with no notice or explanation right before the holidays. Completely devastating to families.

Claims they open the drive thru at 8. During covid 19. It's 8:00 sharp and nobody is here. I've had nothing but problems at this bank. Cannot wait to close my account. This is absolutely ridiculous. IF you advertise your hours you should honor them. Get it together

Here might be the worst bank ever. Had a personal account there that was closed years ago because the bank moved and was inconvenient to get to . Had an insurance company debit this closed account (don't know why) and First Midwest Bank charges my closed account $65 overdraft fee. 2weeks later the bank calls me up to tell me I am overdrawn by $185. This is the first notice I receive,I said this account was closed years ago and I ask how could this be? I ask to see a statement , I get a copy a few days later. Here is an account that starts at zero (closed account) that now has all bank charges totaling $185. A week later the bank calls and wants me to clear up the overdraft that now has reached $265. I refuse because this is the bank's mistake. How do you charge a closed account? Don't bank at First Midwest!!!

I wish I could give no stars! I can’t express how mad I am with this company! I switched over to them about 2 weeks ago. I now have a debit card that is locked for no debit purchases until they figure out who locked it and why. I have been in the phone all morning and afternoon with their call center and the office they claim who locked it. I am now currently waiting for someone to call me back and explain what is going on. We will see.

Discrimination......i come to this bank faithfully once a week. Apparently there were two new employees and because I was cashing a large check for my employer they returned it with no explanation. Its unfortunate. Now I'll have to drive further from my office just to handle business. Totally offended.
