My 84 year old dad was having trouble with his new debit card. Dina Joshi spent about an hour working with us to correct the problem. She even walked out to the ATM with me to watch me try to use dad's card so she could see the error message for herself. The employees at First Secure bank just bent over backward to help my dad. I am so glad he is banking there!
