Went to For Eyes after buying new glasses at Visionworks (tip: don’t go there) and being frustrated because they couldn’t fit my new glasses properly. 4 Eyes was amazing. They fit my glasses perfectly and even replaced the nose pads on one pair. Even though I didn’t buy them at 4 Eyes. I was willing to pay, but they didn’t charge me anything. Amazing customer service.

Please avoid this optical shop. They will not provide all information and then once finish, they want you to pay out of pocket. The Manager is very very rude. She will try to be nice in the beginning but be careful. I never had this kind of experience before

Went to get my daughter a new pair of glasses there were so many different styles we ended up with 2 pair even my wife got 2 pair. Sarah did a great job explaining the difference between the old pair of glasses to the new pair thank you for your time and consideration

My family and I have been going to this store for years and even when we have closer stores we insist on visiting the incredible staff here in Naperville. Just today a screw broke off inside my glasses and my lense fell out. An hour or so later Sarah was able to win the fight and fix my glasses, letting me avoid an out of pocket cost to buy new ones! Thank you so much Sarah!!!! ❤️

We used to live in the area but even after moving to a DeKalb we still come back here. Today proved again why we do, Sarah helped us fix my daughter's glasses when one of the top of a screw broke off in the frames. She also helped 4 other people and handled everything with a smile. 100% Awesome customer service!

Called 7/18 to schedule an appointment, The girl that answered seem pretty upset by the call. Maybe she had better things to do than her job not sure? Asked her if she knew if I had a co-pay as I was unfamiliar very new to this insurance.. She said she would check. I don’t know how she would check. I never gave her a member ID or anything from my card and placed me on hold for almost 30 minutes and never came back to the call! I do not want to take my kids somewhere where there’s poor customer service!

I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Ostbloom completing my exam, she was super patient with me with my exam! Also, Francis and Sarah were amazing with being welcoming, kind, and patient with helping me choose the best plan with me! I love this place for making this process smoothly and fun! Highly recommend this place to my friends and family!
