These are the most amazing people when it comes to getting a car!
Leticia Sanchez and Kevin Green can work miracles. Twice i have driven up to Naperville to get a car from Gerald Subaru and will do it again. I have the most awesome car. No one has ever gone that extra, extra, extra mile for me like they have. They have a customer for life. Thank you Kevin and Leticia!

They brought me a nice car except it was very dusty. I repeatedly asked them to clean the car, but they were not in the rush. Everybody was very nice. They gave me a good rate. All the experience lasted over 5 hours. We completed all the paperwork after 11 pm. When finally they gave me the keys, and showed the washed car, it had a really badly damaged roof. It was an offle experience.

Good service on my Subaru Forrester. Detailed paper worker to show what is maintained. Great waiting room if you must wait for your car to be serviced. Clean restrooms. Keurig bar. Bright and cheery. Staff polite , courteous.

It's nice when you get a loaner for longer work being done. Was having a hitch installed, which was done in a timely manner, but to long to sit and wait.
