In and out as promissed. everyone was friendly, helpful, etc. Could not tell where the damage was. Car was cleaned out when I got it back.
Nothing personal, but hope I won't have to be back for more collison work.

First off all the employees are very professional, kind, and very nice I was going back and forth with a bad insurance company ( Fred Loya Insurance ) that made it very hard for me but the staff at Gerald collision center made it so simple. They reached out to The insurance company by phone call via email etc and always kept me updated. Fred Loya Insurance left me with a huge balance to pay which I didn’t know how I was gonna pay it I talked to Jill and she was very very nice and understanding she did everything in her power to help me out and she did I really appreciate Jill and Gerald collisions that’s a great company I highly recommend thank you all.

My insurance adjuster was terrible, but Jill at Gerald Collision Center did everything she could to push the adjuster and speed up the internal process. She updated me frequently and is willing to go the extra mile to help e.g. she asked the manager to release my car on a Friday afternoon even when the adjuster was not responding.

Upon being contacted by the insurance agency, I was not directed to Gerald Collision Center. I'm very glad that I took the initiative to do my own research. Jill provided assistance throughout the entire process, and she kept me informed with regular updates. If it were possible, I would rate them 10 stars!
