Christin is the worst hair stylist. Rude person and she doesn’t know the basics of haircut. She just wants to finish haircut in half second.

The staff is sitting idle and still they’d say no to taking in more customers. With 7:15 on the clock, and only 3 people checked-in the system, they are “booked for the night”. Not coming back to this salon.

Spent 10 minutes debating over a basic haircut. They insisted on prioritizing online check-ins and refused to take walk-ins, even though no one with an appointment actually showed up. By the time they finished arguing, they could have easily completed the haircut.

Reach to cut hair before 7 minutes of closing and they said we are closed. Door sign shows and app also shows that walk in only. Very bad for business owner. Good luck for finding good employees who care for your business

I have been using this franchise for years and it works for me. I don't need anything fancy just a good basic haircut. I know many of the long time stylists and they are all excellent. Thanks ladies.
