I went to go get my daughter's haircut today. She ended up in tears and has spent the afternoon crying about the service we received. I do not recommend this place for kids. The person cutting her hair didn't care that she was upset. Made no efforts to see what could be done to make her happy. Do better great clips!

I came to this location because there were low waiting times at the time. I had Marilyn cut my hair. She was very friendly, fast, and had a good sense of humor. I came on a Saturday morning.

Came in on Thursday with my son who has sensory issues. We’ve taken him to this location a couple times & we’ve never had an issue. This last time, however, whoever cut his hair was beyond rude to my son. Again, he has sensory issues so I requested no buzzers and even explained he’s sensitive. You’d think if you’re a hairdresser you’d understand the point I’m making to not embarrass my child but also you’d maybe be more personable to a child? She yelled at him multiple times because he kept flinching when she brushed his hair and told him if he didn’t stop she wouldn’t continue. Eventually he felt bad and really tried his best. When she brought out the clippers, she just kept yelling at him like a fed up school teacher..and he wasn’t doing anything wrong. She wouldn’t even try to have conversation with him just kept telling him to stop talking. When she finished his haircut she said there wasn’t more she could do, basically threw in the towel..& honestly he sat there and was better than I expected so I’m not sure why she just gave up? You’re a great clips.. I know every stylist there has experience with children’s hair. There were other co workers there too that have cut his hair before no problem..they could’ve done his hair so I’m not understanding why she took him and then made it such an awful experience to where he never wants to go back because he felt like she hated him. Very disappointing & will never return.

Zip in. Zip out. Use the app to hold a place in line. The stylists are nice. Man's haircut so it takes all of 5 minutes to do.

Extremely rude. We made an appointment to be serviced. Ashley arrived only for the stylist to literally say “I’m not taking her” then the other stylist proceeded to service other clients. Very disheartening. I asked if they serviced 4C hair and the assured me that they did. Only for to arrive and be treated like a hot potato. We’re all human and should be treated as such. I won’t be back.
