I went back to this Great Clips location off of 75th St. in Naperville yesterday after not going for 9 years. Jen was my stylist and I really liked her. She listened to what went wrong with my last haircut at Great Clips in Bolingbrook and saw the differences in length and worked her magic to try to blend everything in to correct it. Bye bye Bolingbrook, you lost my business. Hello Jen, I’ll be back! I was very pleased with Jen as a stylist and the results.

I was interrupted in the middle of my haircut for about 10 mins while the stylist was sorting out an issue with an irate customer. Should have had him waiting until after. I don’t blame the stylist entirely but for me it was a poor experience. The haircut was fine.

I did make an appointment but walk ins are welcome. Prices are fair and stylists are really quick. Natalie (I believe) cut my hair in about 30min (keep in mind I had a lot of really long hair) and did a great job! You can tell the girls all know what they’re doing.
