Guaranteed Rate was super efficient. There was open communication. The team was professional and explained why certain information was requested. The website was functional and easy to use. Outstanding requests for documentation was listed on a dashboard. Communication was by phone, email, and text. My preapproval and my actual loan approval process was straightforward. I had a great experience.

The lady crystal was not helpful. When we spoke she spoke to me as if I was dumb and also was saying a lot of inappropriate stuff to me , including telling me to go back to where I came from. She told me I didn’t belong here and was not gonna help me in any type of way. Danny in the other hand was very nice to me. Sad to have someone like her in your team

Danny and his team were AMAZING to work with from the start to finish of the loan process. We are first-time home-buyers and honestly had NO idea what to expect going into the process.
