WORST BANK EVER! We currently bank with them and are stranded in Puerto Rico with no access to our money—declined card transactions and unable to take money out from ATMS—on my husband’s 40th birthday. We did the responsible thing by notifying them of our travel AND we asked to have the limitations on our daily transactions increased before leaving. It’s Saturday and they conveniently close early and don’t open until Monday. No, the telephone banker “Pam” (a useless automated line) won’t help and there is no emergency phone line to contact someone. We’re switching to a different bank as soon as we get back. So unacceptable.

Had an account since 1994 with them. Finally closing it and have gone elsewhere. Horrible customer service on phone and in person. Good riddance!

There is no support on Saturday you can’t talk to nobody. Every time I swipe my card it’s blocked for fraudulent protection. It’s ridiculous. I’ll be starting a lawsuit soon.

For over 20 years my wife has been a member and i was added within a short time . We love them use all their services but not the Home mortgage .Used cars are now at low low deal nobody can beat them . This is a nonprofit credit union , so what you use comes back to you as a member .

I've been a member for over 20 years, but no longer. Their rates aren't competitive, thier systems are outdated and inconvenient to deal with, and as of last year they began charging matience fees and dormancy fees, resulting in my savings account having a negative account balance. If you didn't want my business you should have closed my account and sent me a check, insted you slowly drained it. Thanks alot ?

This bank is horrible they charge you a insufficient fund fee even if you have funds available!!!!!!!!!! and then they don't even try to fix the error. Customer Service team is very RUDE and Unprofessional. I was a customer for over 10 years but, I'm definitely closing my account.

The method to enter birthdate when attempting to log in is simply absurd. For myself, with a birthdate in 1942, tapping through month by month is tedious and needs to be changed to a method that is user friendly.
