“Agatha did an incredible job restoring and preserving my grandmother's cross-stitches. Over 30+ years, they had gotten damaged from dust and sunlight exposure. She helped us carefully remove them from their frames, advised us on how to clean them, helped us select new frames and mats (she has a wide selection of samples in store) and then remounted and framed them in a timely and meticulous manner. We enjoyed our time working with her and felt comfortable entrusting her with our family heirlooms because of her expertise and great customer service. Will definitely be back!”

“We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the work done by Tupelo Design. We had our kitchen cabinets and island painted and the end result is beautiful. The cabinets look brand new and the change has completely modernized our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with the color match that we requested for the island. “I went to purchase a couch and Roopa designed an entire room around it. I ended up purchasing a chair and a rug. There are a few other accessories that I will be adding to the room as well. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the design Roopa provided exceeded my expectations. She provided pictures of what the finished room would look like and even worked with me on another room in the house. I will be back.”

“This was our first visit to Penny Mustard. We were looking for a media console for our TV, stereo equipment and media. Jailah helped us through this process. And it was a process. The media consoles are completely customizable. First you pick the style. They had several examples of the different styles on the floor. Then you pick the size (height and width), doors, drawers. Then you pick the (solid) wood and finish. Finally you pick the drawer and door hardware. Jailah patiently guided us through all of this.Penny Mustard is not cheap but then we are getting a fully custom, solid wood piece of fine furniture. Like so many things in life, you get what you pay for.I will be updating this review after the furniture arrives.”

“As I was walking in, 2 ladies were walking out and saying "I've NEVER been disappointed in this store", AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I usually buy a little something in here to treat myself to. Their prices are usually a bit on the higher side, but it's a boutique. I walked out today with a candle, a card and a piece of super sale Christmas decor. It's a toss-up if I get greeted or not. But I feel like I always end up talking to someone that works there, so it's not that they aren't polite! I love the small business vibes especially after Naperville is being overtaken with big box stores.”

“We make furniture purchases at Ashley quite often.This time around our family just purchased our new home and have an empty home with no furniture, we wanted to start fresh. New design, new furniture. The naperville Ashley store is our favorite because of "Frank" honestly the coolest salesman there. Lol i'm sure the other salesman are great but everytime, our entrance right into the door we always ask for frank. His friendly customer service and just all around positivity is just a whole Ashley vibe. It makes us not want to look at other furniture stores but Ashley. Hands down, Ashley will always be our go to store for furniture.”

“You know, Ross is actually a very very very nice place to shop for kids/home/holiday gifts similar to Marshalls or Tj Maxx, just maybe 1 star lower in quality of some products. Just the other day I was driving home from Costco but spotted a Dollar Tree plaza on 59th in Naperville, along with Ross & Burlington. So I stopped by at Ross & was very surprised to spot a bag of Ghirardelli Chocolates for $9 where’s just at Costco they were $15. So I took my time to lurk around this place for potential gift ideas still stocking up for X-Mas.I’ll tell you what the prices at Ross are amazingly affordable yet the quality of the product is just as good as you would see at Nordstrom Rack and/or Tj Maxx. I was very surprised to be honest. I bought men’s polo perfume a set of 3 for like $16 which by brother received exact same as a gift last year for $24.I purchased a nice big giftable Belgian (GMO-free) 2 boxes of chocolate cookies for $7/ea. which at Costco cost around $19-$25. Would have taken more but there were only 2 available.I spotted a cute fashionable brand-artwork paintings by this famous designer, forgot her name but you’ll know it if you see it. She has colorful watercolor acrylic paintings with flowered, perfume, puppies along with designer magazines such as LV, Prada, Chanel… you name it. So online or on eBay they cost between $30-$60 depending on the size. But at Ross the highest price I saw was $12.99 ?I saw exact same/looking huge rugs they sell at Costco for $150, while at Ross they are $99.I purchased a very nice 3 shelf corner unit for my 1/2 bathroom. Made of thick durable wire, basket style for $24. I was searching high and low for something similar at HomeGoods and their usual prices are around $40.Anyway, to conclude my point about trip to Ross - I simply recommend trying it out just to see the difference in prices and quality of the products you buy at other competitor retailers for 2x the cost. So don’t disdain on this store just because it’s not at your usual Nordstrom Rack plaza.”

“We got a huge leather couch and the popular sheepskin chair that retail for ~$7000 for $3300 combined because of the markdowns combined with a sale for Veterans Day weekend. Beautiful pieces with no visible defects, would have paid full price. Such good deals esp on holiday weekends! Totally worth the drive from Chicago.I also found the staff to be super sweet and helpful. They made sure I pulled out all the pieces to inspect them for defects and let me borrow a tape measure. Thank you!!”

“This is in response to Tarik Cogal's false statements made below. This man called the store and immediately became irate. He called one of the female managers trying to help him a "C**T." After she refused to deal with him and rightfully so, I then got on the phone with him while he was still screaming. He was screaming so loud that the staff standing nearby could hear him. He was told by the female manager and myself that he cannot scream obscenities at our staff. He was told to calm down and speak calmly without graphic language or threats. He refused to calm down and act like a human being towards our staff. His purchase was a final sale stated multiple times. He thought harassing us while screaming obscenities was appropriate. No one deserves to be screamed at let alone insulted and threatened repeatedly. I protected myself and our staff as any decent person would. The staff at both outlet stores works extremely hard to provide the best items at the best price daily. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to help any customer. Tarik Cogal's review is completely false and he conveniently left out his horrible behavior while trying to cause harm to the business and staff.”
