Record keeping doesn't exist. Make sure you get a copy of everything that includes preparer's name and signature in case the state or federal government finds errors. Your copy will be the only copy that exists.

I've been an H&R Block customer for three years. This was my first time using this specific office. They were unable to access my existing account, despite my own successful login. This made no sense. The staff showed little interest in resolving the issue, requiring me to push for them to make calls. Ultimately, I was given a case number and told to follow up myself. I was willing to pay a $300 premium compared to TurboTax to save time, but now I'm forced to resolve their access issues – a process that will take significantly longer than using TurboTax. I'm switching to TurboTax now.

I highly recommend choosing H&R Block for filing your taxes. You can do it completely virtually and in less than 24 hs my taxes were ready for my review. Mike Olson from Naperville's office is the best. This is my 5th year working with H&R Block and will keep doing so.

The lady who prepared my return was wonderful at her job. She was nice and real professional. She prepared my daughters return as well. She talked with them letting them know what she was doing. We will be going back to her next year. Her name was Anne Ruben from the Naperville office.
