I highly recommend choosing H&R Block for filing your taxes. You can do it completely virtually and in less than 24 hs my taxes were ready for my review. Mike Olson from Naperville's office is the best. This is my 5th year working with H&R Block and will keep doing so.

The lady who prepared my return was wonderful at her job. She was nice and real professional. She prepared my daughters return as well. She talked with them letting them know what she was doing. We will be going back to her next year. Her name was Anne Ruben from the Naperville office.

I owe this year, they said my payment to the IRS will automatically come out of my account on 4/18, it has not, I've been calling their office everyday and no one has returned my call.... I do not advise going to this office. Today I called the H&R block call center, they put me on hold to find out what's the next step I should take and then hung up on me, I figured they would call me back since they asked me for all my information (phone number & email), but nope. Now I have to take time off work to go there and find out what's going on. Very frustrating, I'll actually never use H&R block again.

We had an excellent experience at H&R Block in Naperville for our personal tax filing. Mr. Hyun Shin was professional and efficient, while being patient and kind when answering our questions and explaining current changes in tax rules. We were very satisfied with our tax appointment at H&R Block and look forward to working with them again next year.
