My moving team was professional and friendly! They arrived on time, figured out where to park in the city when it appeared there was no place to situate the truck, wrapped some bigger items, worked hard for 4+ hours climbing down and up 3 stories with heavy furniture and boxes and then arrived on the agreed-upon day in another state on time to unload. Moving is hard and my moving team made it as easy as possible. The only thing I would do differently is to be more organized myself as to where to put my boxes. I had labeled the boxes and have an inventory of what is in the boxes, so I wish I had thought to ask them to group them in number order for ease of my keeping track of the delivery and finding the stuff now that its time for me to unpack. Hopefully I will not move again for a long while, but I would use this moving team again if I did.

Our crew did such a fantastic job - they helped us pack the kitchen and went above and beyond advanced prepping other areas to make the actual move day as efficient as possible. They were so accommodating and friendly and took great care of our belongings. Moving is so stressful and Tino and his team made it much smoother - we are very appreciative!

I was very pleased with Jackson Movers for my recent long distance move. Not only were their quotes competitive, with no surprises at the end, they took such good care of my belongings that very few items were damaged in transit. The driver arrived when he said he would and he and his crew unloaded without any mishaps. My valuables were treated with extreme care. In an industry prone to customer complaints, I highly recommend Jackson—especially for long distance moves.

Overall we were satisfied with the service provided. Communication was very good and they called each day during packing, loading and unloading. The loading and unloading crew were great. The packers overlooked a full cupboard and closet. Thus 4 stars vs 5 stars.
