Really dreadful - I wish I could give zero stars but had to give one to be able to post this. My supposed new car is in the shop for the fourth time in eight weeks. I have only been able to drive it for ten days out of the last 60. This last time in, the new repair tech doubted/questioned whether the problem I was having (an electric car that won’t recharge) was actually occurring, because he saw it recharge the last time it was in. If they would actually read the past repair notes in my file, they would see that the issue is that it will recharge one or two times, and then stop. Thankfully the problem did just re-occur while in their shop - hoping they actually believe the customer this time and get it fixed. They don’t have techs that know how to do the repairs - they have to contact Jaguar each time to tell them what is happening and await repair instructions, all of which takes several days each time to go back and forth. Bottom line -don’t sell an $80K car that doesn’t work or you can’t repair.

Searching for a specific vehicle I found that the Patrick Cars of Naperville had it in stock. Being from NY I was extremely detailed in what I was looking for and wanted to make sure that there would be no surprises upon arrival. Jose was my salesman and did an excellent job getting back to me with every question I had. From pictures to videos and extra test drives with specific instructions and all the paperwork that he made the purchase easy and comfortable. When I got to the dealership there was an issue that occurred during the test drive no fault of Jose's or Patrick cars but just the nature of buying a used vehicle. The service they provided was more than fair and the dropped everything they were doing to make it right. Nick and Jose were extremely upset with what had unfolded and I told them I don't make my determination on the issue; I make it on how its fixed. They did everything and more within their power to make it right and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used, local or not.

Worst experience ever! Purchased my Jaguar F - pace about 6 months ago and it was a terrible mistake.A month in the battery went out and come to find out the vehicle had a BMW battery. If the vehicle was certified there shouldn’t be any reason why I was sold a JAGUAR with a BMW battery. Ever since then the vehicle has had different issues. They ignore my messages and phone calls. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN !

Purchased defender here precovid. Great place at the time. Fair and honest. Just tried to trade in a few vehicles towards another defender, they are trying to steal people's trades. They literally offered -6000 less than Carvana did on our 4700 mile only, straight forward Hyndai vehicle. 10000 dollars less than on our other bmw trade. No loyalty here anymore.

Called in to check if the car is available. They told yes it is and that I needed an appointment to come check it. Made an appointment for 7PM and they told me that they will get car ready by the time I arrive. Drove 1 hour to dealership just to hear that car was sold yesterday. They had my phone number and they still did not get me a call about it. Just waste 2 hours, unprofessional

Walked in and no receptionist at the desk I stood there waiting for some time with no one greeting me or walking up to me. I saw a woman and man speaking in the office next to the reception desk. Made eye contact with them. No acknowledgement or anything from them. Just keep on talking with one another so I left feeling disrespected and insulted

Stephen at the service department went above and beyond to ensure that the battery was covered under the manufacturer warranty. He is very personable and displayed great customer service. I purchased my Jaguar F-type R from Jaguar of Naperville a few years ago and I have always been pleased with not only the service department but also would like to recognize Kyle (who was my sales person) and he always greets me anytime I am there for service. Keep up the great work! I will continue to bring my Jaguar for any and all future services/maintenance to Jaguar of Naperville.

The car I purchased was beautiful, the sales experience was great until the next day the brake light came on and I've been waiting over two weeks for them to repair it. I've texted the sales guy Mike he responds sometimes. I had to call myself to see have my parts come in and to my surprise they are in and no one called me. spoke to Mike told him the parts had come in and i'm still waiting on him to tell me when the concierge service is going to pick up my car so it can be repaired. I'm getting frustrated because I travel back and forth with a baby everyday and I don't have time to keep waiting for my breaks to be repaired and I was just in an accident 2 months prior.

I bought my 2019 I-PACE SE on 10/18/2022 with 14005 miles at another dealership. The warranty expires on 04/21/2024. Based on the "Passport to service" leaflet that came with the car documentation/user guides, the car is supposed to be still under the Jaguar Elitecare Program until that date, as the coverage is transferable to subsequent owners. That program includes complimentary scheduled maintenance. For this vehicle, it is every 21K miles or every 2 years. When the service indicator came on, I assumed it was the 4th year anniversary as the car only had 15200 miles at that time. So I brought it to the "Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville" dealership for the scheduled maintenance. But the service advisor told me the car is not under the Jaguar Elitecare Program and I had to pay for the services. I just had the interior air filter replaced and the tires rotated and paid for these services. The vehicle inspection was included.So I believe I was cheated by the service department as they don't apply the Jaguar Elitecare Program complementary scheduled maintenance coverage. I had to pay for the interior air filter which is supposed to be included in the complementary schedule maintenance. And I didn't get a complimentary brake fluid renewal which is supposed to be done at every scheduled maintenance service. On top of that, they forgot to reset the car service interval indicator.At last, I got no reply from the service advisor on my feedback when he asked for it via text message.

I was very happy with my experience purchasing a Land Rover with Jaguar Land Rover in Naperville. My salesman Roy was super nice, accommodating, and was never pushy. The financing phase of purchase was super smooth, and the product specialists were very helpful in giving me an overview of the vehicle. Everyone I met during the purchase process was very friendly. Great work!

We worked with Dale Abernathy from initial call through the purchase of our LR4. Dale and the Patrick team were friendly, knowledgeable about the details of our car and honest, as we relied upon them to accurately represent our car and it’s condition as we were flying from DC to buy it. Everything was as reflected on their online posting and our experience was efficient, they even helped us find a trucking company to send our vehicle back to us. Highly recommend Dale and Patrick!
