My experience at this car wash is awful. The machine broke my backup camera and when I went to do a claim, the worker told me no way will they cover this. They do have a sign that states they are not responsible for pretty much everything so please beware of this car wash.

Juan was extremely helpful at this location. My car and my mothers have the membership which had expired for some reason. Juan was able to reactivate the accounts after a previously failed attempt by another employee a different day. Juan was very helpful kind and patient. He told me at the end that if myself or my mother have any issues, come by to the office and let him know and he would fix it. I really appreciated his help. Great location and great service. Keep it up!

Update: they asked me to contact them, and I had MONTHS ago. I’ve done all I can on my end. They’ve dropped it like nothing happened. So my review stands. If you don’t want to repair your car, don’t go here.
Do you like to spend over $300 on a car wash? Do you have a car you love and want to keep it in good shape? Do you enjoy good positive customer service and interaction with your community? If you've answered yes to either, STAY AWAY from Jet Brite.
I purchased a brand new GLE Coupe Benz a few weeks ago. I typically take it through a touchless wash (or Silver Car Wash down the street) but one evening on a whim, I thought I'd do a quick and gentle wash as I had just gotten off the highway on my way home.
I selected a lower-priced wash since I didn't want the other junk on my car. I knew I had made a mistake when I entered the wash, but thought one pass through wouldn't hurt. Everything was ok, until the end.
The water pressure is ENTIRELY too high. When I first heard it hit the car, I panicked that it would power wash the paint right off. Then, to my HORROR, as it worked its way to the top of my windshield, it began tearing off the trim on the roof of my car. A BRAND NEW car. (And, as you can see, my car was still dirty, if not worse than when I went in…)
I immediately pulled around and found a very nice employee and explained what happened. He retrieved the broken piece of trim from the wash and asked if I would like to fill out an incident report, which I did. I was told that a manager would be in touch.
That was over two weeks ago. I've called, left messages, talked to someone and left a message, and waited patiently. Still, nothing. Why would they even ask if I wanted to fill out an incident report if they were going to ignore the whole thing?
So, if you would like to use a touch wash, I would HIGHLY advise supporting a smaller, local car wash. The chain washes will absolutely tear up and damage your car, making a $10 wash cost over $300.
And yes, I'm aware, I shouldn't have gone here in the first place. I realise that. It was a complete lapse of judgement on my part.
Next step, calling the corporation and filing with the BBB. No one should ever have to go through this.
