I recently had a troubling encounter with Sam.B at Jewel Osco. Despite presenting my ID, he rudely insisted on seeing my driver's ID. When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed to be the manager and refused service without further explanation. This experience was disappointing and left me frustrated. It's disheartening to feel like I experienced discriminatory behavior. I encourage others to be mindful of such incidents and to take them into account when evaluating their service. To my fellow Beer Guys community, I want to share this unfortunate incident I had at Jewel Osco with Sam.B. His behavior seemed discriminatory as he demanded additional verification despite my valid ID. He also falsely claimed to be the manager and denied service. Your support in leaving 1-star reviews regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Let's ensure accountability for such behavior.

Live here bin naperville the jewel osco? ? Is a joke very poor pricing display price is never correct people that work there are totally disconnected to you they only care about when there break us coming very sad 13 yrs this place not shoopper friendly $100.00 $300.00 they don't care while shopping sevice desk pa alwsys on speakers threw store for. Help if needed ( fact you stand at service dest forb10 mins before anyone comes and then always seem like your brothring them jewel used to be a great store at least this one was Washington and Ogden now sorry bad service bad people now go out of my way and drive to better outlet sorry this place takes a A plus in going from bad to worse thank you

I have called so many times to the bakery and I never ever ever ever ever ever get a call back nor do I ever get someone to pick up the phone. It is completely ridiculous and I’m just trying to order some cupcakes from your bakery, but I can continuously get put on hold for, lots and lots of time. Please teach your employees how to have good customer service and pick up the phone.

This company discriminates against people who can't drive and can only rise bikes. They removed both of their bike racks. I may start bringing my bicycle inside the store, since they have parking spaces for everything else. They lost me as a customer.

Got the chicken. Dinner chicken was extremely overcooked I called to get it replaced and Diane answered and was extremely rude kept laughing it's sad people can't even provide good customer service I will not be returning and I think Diane should find a job not in customer service

Went there to pick up 1 item, and left feeling uncomfortable. Your cashier Mike c. Was extremely rude, inconsiderate and shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like his job. He didn’t greet us when we went to purchase our item.. or acknowledge us. He was looking the other way as if we were nothing him… which is fine but as he rang us up he shoved our item aggressively, then rolled his eyes multiple times because our card was working properly as If this inconvenience him.. then my husband said sorry and smiled, “Mike c.” Then stared at him and rolled his eyes again. Retrain your ppl Jewel.. stop hiring these people who obviously have an issue with actually doing their job.

The new manager is really turning things around. Such better quality of help and food.
