I was introduced to Mike Brandonisio in 2012 by a mutual client. I was the web developer and JIKOmetrix was the hosting company. The client asked me to build him a new website and I need to talk to Mike to get the new site up & running. Mike was great providing me with everything I needed to get the new site up & running. In today's world where you can get frustrated with a nameless sea of customer service reps in offshore locations, Mike is a ray of sunshine. For me, his value is priceless. I can always call and talk to him about my goals and how to best execute them. I have many different clients with different needs ranging from hosting, email, file sharing & more. Mike and the JIKOmetrix team have become my IT department without the payroll expense. Offloading these services to a trusted source leaves me valuable time to sell more. If you are a digital agency or just another business who is frustrated with the GoDaddy's of the world, then I give Mike & JIKOmetrix my highest recommendation.

I’ve been working with JIKOmetrix for approximately 4 years, as I have a number of clients that utilize Joomla. While I can support about 90% of my client requests, JIKOmetrix has been a great partner when it came to some more complicated items that required expertise support. Everyone at JIKOmetrix, which includes Mike and his entire staff, have not only be dedicated to supporting me but their cost estimates and project completion times have been spot on. Highly recommended!

Jikometrix is a treasure to me! Whenever I have questions or needs in the area of website programming, security, design, technology and the like -- areas in which I am truly not an expert -- I know I can count on Mike Brandonisio and his team. In this day and age of constantly changing customer service reps, talking to people who are following a troubleshooting script and more, nothing beats the personalized and expert service of a partner like Jikometrix.

Mike Brandonisio and JIKOmetrix has been a superb resource for our Association. Mike is fast, reliable, and able to troubleshoot any types of issues we bring his way. Mike was able to create a new website for us, teaching us along the way how to create everything on our own. He's always willing and able to assist with questions, issues, and passing on new skills. I have worked with Mike professionally through my job at a marketing and advertising agency as well as through personal freelance gigs. We share multiple clients and work as a team to get clients up and running with their websites and technology goals. Mike and his team were able to take over a 3 year website reformulation and complete the job within six months. In the end, we saved money and were able to launch a new website with little to no headaches. Highly recommend!!

Mike Brandonisio of JIKOmetrix is a technological guru! I used to use cheap webhosting from Hostgator but I became frustrated with their constant outages. I was introduced to Mike through a client of mine and the rest is history.
It is very refreshing to know that when I have an issue related to my many websites that I can always deal with the same people who know and understand my business.
Mike has become much more than a service provider, he is a trusted resource.
