If you're going here for the liquidation sale, make sure you open boxes to items that require assembly. I purchased a Big Twist wooden easel loom and didn't realize I needed to check the box to make sure that it has all the parts it needs. I reached out to customer service the only way that I could get a response, which was through text message, and was told that all sales are final when I wasn't even looking for a refund. I really just wanted the pieces that were missing out of my box that I had paid for, regardless of any discount. No attempt to remedy their mistake was made. I was essentially told to kick rocks and then met with silence. Used to love Joann's, but they now have no problems screwing over their loyal patrons just to get your money to help pay off their debts. Buyer beware.

I was disappointed because I was here 6months ago for a going out of business. But I really didn't see much of a discount. Today the discount wasn't any better. I won't be going back for any other sales.

Placed a pick up order and it was never filled-no communication about it. Tried to call and no one picks up the phone. Are they ever still open?

Semi trucks! Come in off Aurora for the dock. It is not the dock you see from the street. Everything is tight, wide enough for an semi easy backing

This store I initially thought was shutting down. Some aisles are bare and unorganized. And even inventory all throughout the aisles makes it hard to get around in a cart. I wish the store was more cleaner and organized. But the staff are helpful and friendly so that's always a plus but I really just wish the store was more upkept.

I’ve never seen such a disheveled and disorganized retail store. Zero help navigating the place as a first time visitor. Will not be returning to this location.

They have a pretty excellent in-store cross stitching/embroidery section, but it seems like they're forever sold out of at least half of their DMC thread... and they never have black(310) or blanc - though Michael's was lacking in 310 as well, that's just something you have to buy online anymore. Otherwise, I was pleased to find that they actually had a decent selection of Aida cloth (and hoops, if you need them); thpugh I usually buy Aida cloth on Etsy anymore, since so few crafting stores actually carry it in the right count and color.
It is otherwise a rather huge store with all the expected things that a crafting store should carry! It did seem slightly more disorganized in product presentation than the nearby Michael's... but it's a big crafting warehouse, you can't expect perfection all the time.

We love the sales but the bathroom at this place needs a deep cleaning. McDonald’s has a cleaner bathroom than y’all.

HORRIBLE! I ordered online for pickup, got a text saying my order was ready. I get there and they have only half my order! They tell me they do NOT have the other half of the order and there's nothing they can do about it! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING! This has now happened to me multiple times with JoAnn and I am absolutely sick of it and will be taking my business elsewhere!
