HORRIBLE! I ordered online for pickup, got a text saying my order was ready. I get there and they have only half my order! They tell me they do NOT have the other half of the order and there's nothing they can do about it! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING! This has now happened to me multiple times with JoAnn and I am absolutely sick of it and will be taking my business elsewhere!

this in regards to online ordering and pick up at store. I placed a pick up in store order, half of my order was canceled as they did not have the products it clearly showed that that store did. I picked up the order was charged for both pick and canceled order. I was told by associates that this would not happen, well it did. I called and got a complete run around, finally contacted my bank and we opted to handle it within the bank to recoup my money that should never have been charged. then a month later placed 2 ordered online. one order was broken into 3 orders. this was placed on Nov 26th. I have been charged for the entire order, there was no "hold" until order was processed. It is now Dec 29th and I still do not have the remaining order. Again run around after run, charged for product for over a month. Now it is showing shipped, which it has not, since Dec 21st it is showing waiting for carrier pick up, label created. At this point they are not answering phone they have a message to contact via email. I guess that is the indication that they have more than just me waiting on orders for a month! I would have canceled the order but I don't think I would have received my money back. I will never do another store pick up again and really unsure if I will ever do another online order. I spend over 2000.00 a year at Joann's it us a shave that they can't handle their business and are charging customers before orders are picked up or shipped. I have called, emailed etc and still no order. Very unhappy customer!

After having an online order canceled without explanation, the Naperville store was next called to locate the seasonal item. Was told they had item & would hold it, yet upon driving there, was disappointed that it could not be found. Talked to "Dave" there who went out of his way to get it shipped from another store in another state - Much appreciated that he turned it into a positive experience.

I went to buy the fabrics. The gentleman cut the edge roughly and tilted. That time I lost one inch.Today I went to buy three pieces of fabrics again. I wanted 46 inches each. There were 5 inches left on one of the rolls. The lady said she'd give me the additional 5 inches with the same price. I thought she meant for free or with discounted price. I am wrong, she charged my 46 inch ( 1 yard + 10 inch ) with 54 inch ( 1 yard + 18 inch ) price.

I am calling the store and asked to speak to someone i. The sewing machine department and he said they dont have that area. I told him that they sell sewing machine there and he put me on hold. Ive been on hold for 25 minutes and 20 second. That man needs to be fired. I visit joann fabric 2 to 3 x a week. I guess they lost me as a customer and i hope others and corporate reads this.

I have been looking for the folk art ballet pink acrylic paint for weeks and finally found it here. I placed an order and it was ready for pick up the same day. They could improve the pick up process by adding bins for customers to quickly grab. Otherwise a great experience overall.

Out of all the stores I frequent, this one has the largest selection of yarns and beads. I was helped by a young lady named Bella who was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I'm SO blessed to have a JOANN right down the street just a few miles away from me! I had stopped before at a Michaels hobby store. Unfortunately, although their Staff was very helpful and pleasant, they just didn't have the vast selection of sewing thread I was looking for to mend my woven grass Panama hat. The Staff at JOANN was EXTREMELY helpful. I was able to locate the perfect item I needed in just a few minutes with their professional assistance! For a 61yr-old man to be made comfortable walking into a fabric store, there's something very right going on here!

This was my blessed day. I went in for a piece of faux leather and they had a rose gold perforated remnant that I got for a fraction of the original cost. What??? How blessed am I? Very. Thank you JoAnn's. Thank you.
