I used them last year on one of my cars and they did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. Everything was fitted properly and all paint matched. Mechanical repairs were perfect as well. Now I went to them for an estimate on my other car and their bid came in $700 lower than the next lowest. Given my previous experience it is a no-brainer to use them again. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.

On recommendation, I was referred to this shop to repair damage to my vehicle caused by someone bumping into my vehicle's bumper. No major damage but they rubbed paint off the bumper and scratched the bumper and qtr. panel. I was very satisfied with the work performed, the quote was reasonable, but what was most impressive was their integrity. After they completed the work, they called me and said the price was less than originally quoted, as they did not use as much time and materials as first estimated! what!? never in my life has this occurred. Thank you for your professionalism, integrity and great customer service!

I took my son's car here after someone stole his Cadillac converter. They did a great job, so professional reasonable cost I will definitely bring my vehicles back here.

My son got into an accident with my car and it was towed to Kits towing. I decided to have Justice do the repairs. From start to finish everyone I spoke with during the time it was in the shop was super friendly and made me feel like I wasn't being ripped off. I believe they went above and beyond to fix my car properly and the most cost effective for me. I will definitely return to them for all my automotive needs. I wrecked my jeep last July and had Justice Automotive fix it ,it took a very long time to get the parts to fix it ,I will say they were good about keeping me informed, it took at least 30 days longer than what they said it would take to fix it ,so they offered me a free rental car until it was fixed which ended up being two more weeks ,the quality of the work wasn't as great as I expected, the paint is peeling of parts of my front facia, they used inferior parts inside my vehicle, that could be to because of my insurance company, not sure who to blame on that ,well I took the Rental car an had it for two weeks which was only supposed to be for a few days ,now a year and a half later I got a bill for over 500.00 dollars from enterprise Rental in aurora saying I owed 535.00 dollars for the rental car ?, I am angry at enterprise and Justice Automotive for deceiving me and others from what I was told this happen to other people too ,Justice needs to pay this bill because it is there responsibility not mine ,I was turned over to credit collections company saying I owed this bill ,this is a lie and I have the proof they were supposed to pay it ,I call Justice Automotive and they were sold to a new Dealership with alot of us holding the bag ? for these unpaid bills they were supposed to pay

We needed the rack and pinion replaced on our 2008 Santa Fe. Carlos was honest, fair, thorough, and fast (especially considering the level of work this replacement requires). My car was damaged in a parking lot and the previous repair did not go so well. I brought my car to Justice to get it done properly and they did. The only downside might be the amount of time you have to wait for parts and repairs. Other than that they are highly responsive and get the job done. I also love their hours and makes it easy to pick up on evenings or weekends. They are also highly knowledgeable and work with my car's brand regularly so I can trust their judgment. In October my Jeep Renegade was sideswiped by a UPS truck and received damage to the back panel. As I only take it to the dealership for service, I called the service manager there about the need for repairs to the body and was told they used Justice. So that's where I took my Jeep. Brad, their front desk guy was very warm and friendly, wrote and dealt with the UPS company's insurance and ordered the part needed and once in, he alerted me that it was in so I could then bring it in and get a rental. The work order called for 3 days but Brad was quick to point out that it may take longer if they found anything once the car panel was removed. I had no issue with that and discussed as I had on our first meeting that while they had the car, I'd like it detailed. I was assured that it wasn't a problem. The car was dropped on the Monday and I was called on Thursday saying it would be done by Friday and sent out for detailing but to ensure the detailing was completed that it'd be best that I wait until Saturday to pick it up. I agreed and was told they closed at 3pm so left work at 2pm to ensure I was there on time. Apparently Brad called at 2pm to say there was an issue but I didn't get the message until I was pretty much pulling in to Justice to pick it up. He informed me that the detailer couldn't get to it until Tuesday, but they'd try for Monday if I still wanted it done. I was surprised as that was the whole reason for waiting until Saturday in the first place but as I required it to be done, I agreed to pick it up Tuesday, requiring the rental car for another 3 days. Imagine my shock to find out that it never got detailed and Brad attempted to wash it out back of their shop with a hose (a $3.00 fee at the drive thru car wash on my trip home Saturday would have accomplished the same thing - although props for him attempting to do something). I took my car and left letting him know that I wasn't happy nor impressed with the fact that the excuse that the Delta Sonic Wash where they get cars detailed couldn't do it on Monday or Tuesday (yet I was told on Saturday that it was committed for the Tuesday if I opted to wait). He added some mumbling about the problem they have with Delta, perhaps to skirt the fact it wasn't done, but that's a "their" problem not a "me" problem as I waste three days with a rental for absolutely nothing. On my way home I noted that my iPhone charging cable wasn't in the Jeep and after looking around also noted the change I had in the car was also missing. Annoyed but not worth a return call at that moment as far as I was concerned since I was already miffed. Still needing my car done, I called the Delta Sonic near them that they'd have used and spoke to the Detailing Manager there about getting an appointment for detailing explaining to him the frustration with them not being able to do it between the prior Friday and the Tuesday. He had no idea what I was talking about and said Justice never spoke with him. He also mentioned that if they or I had wanted an actual appointment that they were in fact booked out through November 23rd but at anytime Justice or I could simply bring it in the drive thru service and they'd have it completed within three hours, as they would have on the Friday thru the Tuesday that it was at Justice. I was fuming as I felt I was lied to by Justice with no regard for the fact a rental was involved not to mention my time. But I let it stew a few days before calling Brad back and calmly asking if the car was locked at all times as my charger and change had gone missing while in their charge. He assured me that no one there would remove it but he couldn't attest to where they apparently took my jeep for an alignment. Humm.... I then took the opportunity to share my conversation that I had with Delta about the detailing and I stated I didn't appreciate being mislead and in fact if it was something they didn't want to deal with, simply tell me from the get go and I would h

I was hit in a parking lot; as i was in motion. I got the run a round by "Your in good hands," i phoned Max Madsen to refer me to a quality repair shop. One that was honest. I was referred to Justice. The guys were wonderful. I was so stressed from "Your in good hands" Justice took over communication with that insurance company.
