We love our children's school here at LPA Naperville! My 2 year old looks forward to going to school and cannot wait to see his teachers and friends. they do a great job of creating age appropriate activities and fun crafts that go beyond what I can provide for my child at home. The summer camp and "water days" are also a bonus. When the weather is appropriate they make it a point to have the kids get fresh air outside which I appreciate. My son loves Ms Bitan! LPA provides a wide variety of foods in the classroom as well. Both my children started as infants 3 months old. the infant program is wonderful. We have enjoyed Natalie, Samantha, Cecily (always has a smile) having a hand in nurturing our babies. Sam's attention to my babies' "schedules" is incredible and she is very passionate about what she does. She is a rare find, a gem. Whenever I have a question or concern management at this center has been quick to offer a response. My work schedule can be difficult at times but they always seem to make it work for me with staffing. I highly recommend this facility.

Horrendous place! Don’t take your kids there. My granddaughter got woken up from a nap by a woman kicking her crib. No curriculum- aggressive to kids. Don’t do it

Our daughter has been at La Petite since she was a baby and she absolutely loves it! Even so young, our daughter looks forward to “school” everyday and talks fondly of her teachers. We have loved everyone we have met. They are fantastic! So kind, caring, and nurturing. With all the great activities and art projects, she is learning so much in such a wonderful environment. I am so happy we found it and can’t recommend it enough!

My daughter started here at La Petite Academy when she was 12 weeks old, when I had to go back to work. My first born, so was very difficult leaving her! The teachers Natalie & Sam are very sweet and my baby LOVES them. They did a great job helping encourage her to reach her milestones-crawling, clapping, walking, etc Its awesome knowing my daughter loves to go to school and always has a smile on her face when we walk in the door. They have cameras you can log into and watch thru the day which is AWESOME for a first time mom leaving her first born! I logged in a few times a day for about an hour each day! Now I check in once a day or so for 2 minutes. We are sad to leave this daycare-we are moving and will no longer be in the area.

If you care about the safety of your child, stay away from this place. We repeatedly stressed concerns about another child hitting our child and the response was less than acceptable. Over 2.5 months our child would constantly say that they didn't want to go to school because of this problem child but we were assured that the teachers were taking care of it, that they knew it was a problem and that the problem was being documented. We pulled our child out of the school once we realized that the problem was not being addressed, that the problem child was staying at the school (even though their policy dictates that the child should probably have been removed) and worst of all neglected to administer first aid for our child.Update: It's been over 2 weeks since we took our child out of their care. We still haven't heard back from the school.

We have been a Lapetite Academy of Naperville for 3 years and we are so grateful for the wonderful staff. They work together to insure the children are safe, healthy, learning and growing while in their care!

I can NOT say enough about La Petite Academy, this is our home away from home! I love Miss Kim and Miss Jennifer (Director and Asst. Director) - they know every child by name and treat each child as their own. La Petite is warm and welcoming not to mention clean clean clean!!! All of the teachers are so loving, kind, warm and welcoming. My kids don't ever want to leave and they are 9, 8 and 3 year old boys. I would not consider another daycare after being at La Petite, they have spoiled us! It means a lot when you can call your daycare provider more like a family than your real family!!! WE ALL LOVE LA PETITE and I would HIGHLY recommend this Academy to anyone!

My child has been going to La Petite Academy for a few years, so it is time to review this location. The teachers at the Naperville location do care about the children, and they make it a positive experience for the children. The daycare does have turnover in staff, both teachers and directors. Miss Jayme and Miss Amanda were the directors when my child first started going to La Petite. Miss Kimberly, the center's current director, and Miss Jennifer, the center's current assistant director, are honest and make sure that the billing is correct. This sounds like it should be a given, but unfortunately I have had a past experience where it was not the case. In addition to being honest, both Miss Kimberly and Miss Jennifer are great with the children. There are plenty of daycares in the Naperville area, so they have to distinguish themselves from the competition. I think that with teachers like Miss Sara, Miss K. (also part of the leadership team- I think), and the rest of the phenomenal staff make it an easy choice to pick La Petite.

La Petite Academy in Naperville, IL is the best choice we did for our four year old girl. She didn't speak English at all, but now she can communicate in English very easy. She learned the alphabet writing and reading. She knows to count up to 20 with writing and reading the numbers. They really do a great job there, you can see the results right away.

It is very hard going back to work and leaving your baby in the care of others, However, from day one I felt comfortable with LPA and I knew she was being cared for and loved as if she was their own. I trust them with her 100%. Her teachers are very warm and friendly and I am glad they taking care of her when I cannot.

We enrolled both our kids in La Petite this fall. The experience has been great. Our 4 months old baby girl has enjoyed everyday she was there. The program includes certain activities which enable the kids. Her teacher, Ms Tanisha has been meticulous in writing the details of our baby girls activities for the day and shares important experiences through the day. This allows us to gain insight of the days activities. Overall it has been a good experience.

My Husband and I interviewed (and visited) several home day cares, a few centers and even a nanny before we made the decision to enroll our son into LaPetite Academy and we are so very happy we did! While we have only been with LaPetite for about 3 weeks, I can already tell how much of a commitment is made to my son and his well being every day. His techers, Miss Tanisha and Miss Ashley are very attentive and caring and I know that while I am at work, my son is very well taken care of. They do a great job with following any instructions I give them regarding my son and are very good about reporting the days events to me at pick up time. The facility is VERY clean and kept clean throughout the day.You can tell that these ladies have a very strong passion for the roles they play in their kids lives. You can also see how much they love and care for the childern in their class. Bravo!

We are a proud La Petite Family and have loved our experience thus far. My two year old started at the school in January 2014 and has flourished ever since. His initial teacher, Ms Shoba (she's in the toddler room) is so caring and genuinely loves her students. Everyday when dropping off my son or picking him up she took the time to tell me what he was learning, what he enjoyed, and how he was doing with respect to achieving developmental milestones. Every time he accomplished something new she would be so enthusiastic and proud of him. As a single working mom it made it so much easier to be away from my little guy all day knowing he was with someone who deeply cares for him. She always goes above and beyond and even showed up for his 2nd birthday. In fact three of his teachers did! I couldn't believe! I was truly overwhelmed by the love and support (shout out to the ahhhh mazing Ms Ashely and Ms Tamiko! They are THE BEST).He has now transitioned to the two year old room and again, I have nothing but positive things to say. Kids at La Petite will experience a culture of learning rooted in play. At two years old he knows how to count to 11 and his ABC's. They have also started working on letter recognition and shapes! We get a wonderful daily report with a run down of not just what they learned but how to reinforce it at home and I LOVE that! Just last week we followed up on a lesson on recognizing shapes in our kitchen that was started during the school day. His teachers are Ms Jan and Ms Sara (who was teacher of the year, SCORE!) and they are both immensely friendly, warm, caring, and very thoughtful women.I decided to potty train my son over a long weekend and was nervous about his return to school but all of his teachers were on board and followed our potty training plan to the letter which made me feel better and has kept him accident free! On the first day back from the potty training weekend, I even got an email update from the school director Ms Kimberly which I really appreciated because I was so nervous.I can't speak to the quality of the food because I have always chosen to provide all meals for my son since he started at day care at 3 months old. He eats and organic vegetarian diet with very very limited processed foods and there aren't many schools in the area that serve organic food. If I had one hope, it'd be that they would began to offer an organic menu, but like I said, many schools and child care centers still don't.All in all La Petite is an amazing school at a cost that won't bankrupt your family lol. We are happy thus far and feel so grateful to have found them. I plan to spend the next few months learning more about their preschool/early childhood curriculum since my son turns 3 in August 2015 and they do offer preschool for 3 year olds.I should also mention that they have several enrichment programs you can sign your kids up for. We do the one offered to my sons age group and he loves it! It's a sports and physical fitness program called Jump Bunch that comes in once per week and does a 30 minute class. It's a nominal additional cost paid directly to the vendor. They also have an online payment system that makes it so much easier than having to remember to bring a check once a week. I'm all for convenience!

Visited La Petite to give a training to the staff on SIDS/SUID and Safe Sleep for infants. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the staff and the facility. All staff are now trained in Safe Sleep for babies! I have encouraged the staff to share the information they have learned with parents in addition to modelling good behavior. Borchardt Consulting
