Awful customer service by the front desk attendant. I arrived and checked in via the self-service kiosk for a simple blood draw. I waited 20 minutes where I observed 2 other people check-in and get attended before me. I had another meeting to attend so I politely asked the front desk lady how long it would be since I needed to attend this important meeting. She motioned with her head (without even making eye contact) toward another customer waiting and curtly replied, "You have one more ahead of you." Interesting, since I had checked in 15 minutes before that customer waiting, not to mention the other 2 customers who already went before me. I then replied that I would reschedule and left. I won't be returning to this location as life it too short to deal with rude, surly people.

Worst customer service, they took my blood test and send it to my PCP rather than to employer, waste of your time and top of that the person on the phone yells at you even after they commit huge plunders stay away... Rude female ever...being a female she is trying to get advantage of gender... Try to take some etiquette lessons for talking politely as you are serving people zero stars

I’m going to have to agree with previous reviews and assume we have all encountered the same front desk attendant with the poor attitude. I had barely gotten through the door when she already started treating me as if I had ruined her day. When providing me with information, she didn’t even look me in the eye and was incredibly condescending. I don’t expect everyone to be pleasant and kind, but I do expect to be treated like a human being. I am disappointed that Labcorp would allow someone this disrespectful and rude represent their organization. The lack of empathy and care for their job is being deflected onto patrons and that is not okay.

Front desk staff are incredibly rude and condescending. They put my insurance information in wrong then tried to tell me that I didn’t understand how insurance works when I’ve been getting bloodwork every few weeks for years now.

I am attempting to get a drug test for work.
Labcorp stated hours of business say open until 4:30pm, showed up at 4:09 and was told they didn't test after 4pm. Then I was condescendingly told to be arrive an hour before closing time next time, plus it was explained that I would need a photo ID (!) and the piece of paper I was trying to present to the numerous idle workers in the office.
Thanks for the clarification. Thank you for wasting my time - a 40-minute round trip that now has to be repeated. Since I have no choice but to try again, I'll try a different location with (slightly) better reviews.

I was just in the Naperville labcorp.
I made an appointment for a drug test on line, everything went well. Then today I get there and I was going to scan my phone at the kiosk. And the person who was sitting behind the glass said, " I need the registration number ". I said I don't have a registration number. She started to get belligerent with me and, said " why are you yelling ",I said because you are. Then she said I have to leave.
Then I came back in the office, because my lawyer asked me to get her name. Then she threatened to call the police. Unbelievable, I don't know how this company stays in business.

Front desk was incredibly rude. Attempted to get my drug test done at two different times on two different days. Both times was told to come back another time curtly. Requested my employer to find another service

The upfront desk attendant was extremely rude and unmannered. I tried explaining to her as in time of waiting and test but she went with nasty face telling me that she was here alone. With very nasty attitude ever experienced in an organization like this. Very awful. 0 point review if possible

I very rarely write reviews, but wow- just wow is this place terrible. The two women working there were about the rudest ppl I've come across in a long time- to the point where we just left- I wasn't comfortable with them putting a needle anywhere near my daughters arm. Run- don't walk away from this place- and now after reading other reviews- I'm so glad we did leave!!

The actual blood taking experience was pretty quick I was done within maybe 15 minutes but they were rude over the phone and took forever to send the results to where I needed it to go. I’m assuming it was something dumb somebody forgot to do that lead to the delay this lab has a reputation of being kind of sloppy.
