The upfront desk attendant was extremely rude and unmannered. I tried explaining to her as in time of waiting and test but she went with nasty face telling me that she was here alone. With very nasty attitude ever experienced in an organization like this. Very awful. 0 point review if possible

I very rarely write reviews, but wow- just wow is this place terrible. The two women working there were about the rudest ppl I've come across in a long time- to the point where we just left- I wasn't comfortable with them putting a needle anywhere near my daughters arm. Run- don't walk away from this place- and now after reading other reviews- I'm so glad we did leave!!

The actual blood taking experience was pretty quick I was done within maybe 15 minutes but they were rude over the phone and took forever to send the results to where I needed it to go. I’m assuming it was something dumb somebody forgot to do that lead to the delay this lab has a reputation of being kind of sloppy.

Had to come in for a blood test and it was easy as could be. Had a 2:30 appointment and got there 15 minutes early. Checked in on my phone and they texted a minute later it was my turn. Walked in and went right back. Staff was super nice and quick. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Staff attitude is poor and lazy! Would give 0 if I could..... the person answering the phones Told me there's no one higher than a phlebotomist that works at the Naperville location so I asked to speak with someone other than her 3 times and she said hold on and hung up then started sending all my calls to voice mail this is disappointing to say the least and I will not accept this kind of treatment if you don't like your job Quit its very simple!!!

This place is horrible. I came to this location after two horrible experiences at the Oakbrook location. I'm not sure which location is worsen. The woman who took my blood shook the vial after she was done and I have never seen anyone do this. I'm not sure if this affected the results or they gave me the wrong results, but first, my cholesterol results were significantly different than a test I had a week prior and after discussing with my doctor, there doesn't seem to be a logical explanation for this. Second, my order had two blood tests on it and I have yet to receive the results from the second test. I'm pretty sure they didn't run the second test so now I have to take the time out of my day to repeat this test and pay for a second test. Or they gave me someone else's results. Not sure but either way it's ridiculous.

The process of scheduling an appointment is easy and the techs we encountered were good at their job but that’s where anything positive ends. They tell you results will be in 1/2 days which is a lie. It’s more like 2 weeks and counting. The main website for this company only has email contact and they don’t help. They are also supposed to be cheaper than going to a medical center for bloodwork but so far that’s not the case. They bill on time but don’t give you test results. Steer clear!

When I lived in Joliet I’ve never experience my labs been three weeks for processing. Now in Naperville I feel that this lab location has not expect and is not experienced in processing as the same labs for the same doctor over 10 years. Maybe they need more training in processing the complexed labs under infection disease. When the nurse spoke with the lab tech her tone was non caring. So I’m giving this business a two. The nonchalant vibe caused this score.

Went on the very last day of the year before everyone’s deductible starts over (so it was pretty busy) and there was one person working but she was very fast and efficient with her time all while remaining calm and polite! I’ve been here twice in the last couple of months and each time was painless.

Today was my third time at this location and I have had only good experiences. I have used the express check-in and once the person at the front desk did the check-in. Each time it was easy and fast. I do make an appointment when I go and I never have to wait long. Everybody so far has been courteous and friendly.I have small veins and at other labs it sometimes takes the phlebotomist 2 or 3 sticks before they get a vein, or they use the back of my hand (not pleasant). Then they blame my small veins. The first time at this Labcorp the phlebotomist noted the small veins and then got blood on the first stick. She said you should never blame the person or their veins because a phlebotomist is trained to draw blood on anybody, not just when their veins are perfect. Makes sense.Today a young woman named Annaya (sp?) did the check-in and blood draw. She said she has been drawing blood for 3 years but is still new to Labcorp. Annaya was extremely friendly, kind, and did everything with a smile. She apologized for the wait although I really didn't have to wait long to be called in after I checked in. Like the other phlebotomists previously, she got a vein and blood on the first stick.If I have to get blood drawn for anything in the future I will come back to this location.

Very rude person I met at the front desk. Talking to me like she knew me some more and coming to fight with me by tone bad boys bad language learn your job right.I had my lab order from my job to do drug test but I was told to go back and come with a hardcopy or pay at staples to fax it before I could do my lab test. If you don’t know how your job is done is better you learn it .because I always do this and they don’t require me to have a hardcopy .all they do is check my email to view the document.they just do it for me with the numbers they find from the document.I will never go back to this place very rude person.

I've been going here for over 3 years for FAA drug testing and the service is absolutely pathetic. Occasionally I get good service because I get to know the people. I come in every month. They have high employee turn over so soon as I get to know the people there, they all leave and I'm stuck with incompetent employees who don't know how to do their jobs. The past 3 months I've gone here the wait has been well over an hour and despite being a customer for over 3 years, walk-in's, "don't get priority over scheduled appointments". The only reason I continue to go here is because it's required for my employment. I'm in the process of changing my drug testing agency to Quest in Naperville off of Washington street. If you plan on using labcorp, plan 3 hours out of your day l, attitude from employees and come with a patience because they'll most likely mess up your drug test, blood test etc.
