The experience of visiting this dealership is very upset. I was enquiry for a new 24RR and was told the car is available for sale and test drive. Also I have asked twice before I went to the dealership. When I get there, I was told the car that I enquiry is not for sale or test drive. Is a sold car. Imagine that moment. I show him my email and texts about my enquiry. He went in to the back room and came out . He can offer me a used one or help me to order one. Excuse me. Where is my apologies? I'm not living in the neighborhood. I'm 1 hours away. Back and forth is 2 hours. Poor management. Great car brand runs by unprofessional people

Called this dealership to buy a new 2024 Range Rover Sport. The person on the phone set up an appointment by indicating that they have one available 2024 Range Rover Sport on the lot for sale. Drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership, and a salesman named Tyler meets us. He tells us that they really don’t have any 2024 Range Rover Sport model in stock, and the one on the lot belongs to a customer! We were extremely disappointed of course!! Will never set foot in this dealership again.

My daughter purchased a 2019 Discovery from them the salesman said it had apple car play. She said to him it doesn't he said it did she just needed a cable for.her phone to make it work. She purchased the vehicle we took it to another land rover dealer only to find out he lied it doesn't have apple car play. This was very important to her. I reached out to the salesman he said he would have the manager give me a call see if we could work something out. It's been almost 3 weeks still haven't recieved a call. I've text the salesman several times he no longer even returns my texts. I would not recommend them and will never buy another land rover from them. I also guess I'll buy my jaguar from another dealer as well. Terrible customer service and don't lie to someone.

Excellent customer service and expertise in all areas of service. Service Manager, Ernie is excellent. The videos and narrative of work being conducted and recommended by mechanic is great. Very pleased with my long term relationship with Land Rover Naperville. Very much appreciate being provided with loaner vehicles while getting serviced. Only concern is that service appointments are rather expensive.

My son is looking for a car which he is buying for himself, and he scheduled an appointment to view a vehicle he was interested in. We were met by Tyler Green, who was very helpful, and professional. Tyler was knowledgeable, treated him with respect and as an adult and brought the car out for him to see, and gave him all the information he needed, including cash price and payment options. The entire experience including our conversation with Tyler’s manager Nick was extremely pleasant and informative.Our wonderful experience helps puts this Patrick dealership at the top of our list as he narrows down his search.

Bought a $200k+ vehicle in May from them, and still waiting for my registration. Very frustrating, no communication.Editing my review due to owners response -I appreciate your response, but it's disheartening to hear that customer satisfaction is a top priority while I've been waiting for my plates for almost half a year. This level of service is indeed unexpected from a luxury dealership like Land Rover. I don't need apologies; I need action. Please urgently address the issue of my missing plates and ensure it's resolved promptly. My patience has worn thin, and my trust in your dealership is dwindling. I expect better service for a $230k purchase.

After many calls, and never receiving a return call, except for from the sales person, saying they’re looking into it, this dealership proves that they cannot hold up their word, and do the right thing. If you’d like more details, please text or email me anytime. I’m looking into a billboard truck, maybe that’ll get their attention. This is ridiculous.Well I sure hope that the used car sales management honors their word. Stephen in the service team is fantastic...! like I wish you worked for me, true to his word, honest, over delivered totally.

I worked primarily with Roy Smith at Land Rover Naperville throughout the process of buying my car, and would highly recommend this dealership, and working with Roy in particular. From the initial contact to set up a test drive, to purchasing and taking the car home a few days later, the process was run very smoothly and efficiently. Roy took the time to answer the many questions I had, he demonstrated the many features of the car, but it never seemed that he was putting on any pressure or enacting a 'sales pitch'. I was especially impressed that Roy took time out to text/email and pull additional Service History for me on a Sunday, when the dealership was closed and he was on his day off. After the purchase, Roy stayed in contact and acted as a liaison between me and the Service Department to get a wheel alignment completed that had been included as part of my purchase. Exceptional service that went above and beyond. Happy to give 5 stars to Roy Smith and the team at Land Rover Naperville.

I am giving 2 star because Laura, she was sweet and super attentive when taking my call and making the appointment. Otherwise would me 1 star. My discontent is with the sales or the person who was in front. I was 10 min late, but I informed Laura that I was running late. When I got there I told him I needed an appraisal and he cut me and said “is your can under warranty?” I told him no. He proceeded to tell me that they were not taking cars that were not under warranty. He didn’t let me explain that I might trade it in, if I found a car that I liked. It was not the action, it was the attitude. He was really rude. It was my first time in this specific dealership, and it was my last. I will never go back.

Purchased my car with them , it’s couple years now ,never had any problems so far , service team always detailed and able to answer all the questions. Sales team are all nice and ready to help . Tyler is very helpful Always ready to listen. The only problem is car wash takes forever so I always refuse car wash.

Bought a 2020 range rover with 32k miles, recently took it for service and they recommend I get the changed whichever should be done every 2yrs or 30k miles which after looking at the carfax it was in they're possession so they should have done it before selling it. Now I got to pay 800+ dollars to do it. That's definitely no fair.

Waste of time . Had an appointment today to see a car I made an appointment for , after bunch of calls from them to confirm I am coming . Ok , appointment confirmed for 6:20 pm per John, which I supposed to met there . When I went there , some other sales man came to show me the car which I didn’t request to see and made an appointment for , but similar car becouse my car was sold .What a shame . No one told me that before I come . No apologize from John as well, because he left earlier . I drove 45 minutes in scheduled appointment for nothing .Do not waste your time , very unprofessionalZero stars

Hands down the best car buying experience! Patrick Land Rover are so nice, helpful and very patient during the entire car buying process. Kyle Esler did a fantastic job from start to finish and Nicholas Saccotelli did an amazing job closing the transaction. Wouldn’t go to another family of dealerships. Patrick Cars dealerships are amazing to work with!

My original post had to be removed. I purchased a Land Rover with a nail in the tire. Dealer says "No worries we will pick up the car and bring you a loaner". While they have my car they get the windows tinted for me, yippee. Pick up my car one week later, they charge me $180.00 for the free rental. I have made 5 phones calls to get this corrected each and every time being told no problem it was a error we will correct it. Still not corrected only difference is nobody is answering the phone anymore. Don't ask me how my car got hit while they had it, that is a different issue that is being looked into. I am sure they will brush that off as well. And of course my credit card posted so I now have interest on top of the original charge that should never be there.
